Next accept the term & agreement , then it will verify the card , then for billing address add the exact same billing
address that is on file with cc and for shipping put the billing address & for email make sure you have a created email
that matches cc holder name so if her name is joanna smith make sure email is something like joannasmith57@yahoo.com
for phone number use area code of where the cc is from if it is from USA , NY area code would be 718-xxx-xxxx , the rest
you would make up. DO NOT USE VBV OR MCSC cards because apple will check i would suggest going with amex cards ,
or discover cards.
