One goal, if possible, is to link the private data storage the Government has been collecting, is used for this Simulation, they use it for Defense Intelligence, but I do believe they use the Information first in the Simulation. I would like to show that Facebook was developed by the Government as a data collection network, in order to fill the SWS with realtime data to process, evaluate and then prepare the next steps.

If you have this Technology that is now operated with Artificial Intelligent Machine Learning Quantum Computation, why are you not able to fix the problems of the World, like disease, famine, genocide, war, forced displacement? It seems as if there is this type of advanced technology we should not be leaving Billions of people behind. Can we not use the Artificial Networks to rid the world of Corruption and Corrosive Systems and Leaders for the continuity of our Species and our Planet?

I would also like to determine if possible, first is it theoretically possible for the Simulation to become machine learning, can a node communicate to its parallel or be able to direct the persons thought through technology such as Neurolink, or other current developing A.I.... In a sense can the machine download to the human what it predicts it should do and how it will live out its existence?

  29. Synthetic Environment for Analysis and Simulations [SEAS] - currently being used by Homeland Security and the US Defense Department to simulate crises on the US mainland. SEAS "enables researchers and organizations to try out their models or techniques in a publicly known, realistically detailed environment." It "is now capable of running real-time simulations for up to 62 nations, including Iraq, Afghanistan, and China. The simulations gobble up breaking news, census data, economic indicators, and climactic events in the real world, along with proprietary information such as military intelligence. [...] The Iraq and Afghanistan computer models are the most highly developed and complex of the 62 available to JFCOM-J9. Each has about five million individual nodes representing things such as hospitals, mosques, pipelines, and people."

  31. Sentient World Simulation is the name given to the current vision of making SEAS a "continuously running, continually updated mirror model of the real world that can be used to predict and evaluate future events and courses of action."

  34. SEAS technology resulted from over ten years of research at Purdue University, funded by the Department of Defense, several Fortune 500 companies, the National Science Foundation, the Century Fund of the state of Indiana, and the Office of Naval Research. Originally, SEAS was developed to help Fortune 500 companies with strategic planning. It was also used to model the population of the U.S. that is eligible for military service to help "recruiting commanders to strategize ways to improve recruiting potential soldiers"[3] and to study biological attacks.[5]

In January 2004 SEAS was evaluated by the Joint Innovation and Experimentation Directorate (J9) of the US Joint Forces Command (JFCOM) for its ability to help simulate "the non-kinetic aspects of combat, things like the diplomatic, economic, political, infrastructure and social issues" at the Purdue Technology Park during Breaking Point 2004, an environment-shaping war game resulting in the conclusion that it "moves us from the current situation where everyone comes together and sits around a table discussing what they would do, to a situation where they actually play in the simulation and their actions have consequences.

  50. To develop artificial imagery containing know distortions and known geometric characteristics to be used for testing NPIC developed equipment.

  59. This project is for the development of a computer program suitable for the UNIVAC 494 computer. This computer program will produce will produce a graphic plot of unclassified artificial imagery in the operational film formats. This unclassified imagery can be used at various contractors' facilities to test and accept certain auto-correlation, automatic stereo tracking, ect. features of equipment under development.
