Telekinesis Part 10

>Well that's a bit of a bother.
>Your brand new, town-spanning waterslide is tangled in spiky black vines.
>You spot a nearby madman flailing a burning stick at a vine.
>"They hate fire! You have to burn them!"
>You give him a rough smack, and he tumbles over.
"But that'd burn the waterslide!"
>It's plain to see that there's only one way to solve this.
>You must assemble a team, and burn the source.
>You stop being there
>And start being in the library.
"Twilight, you're coming with me!"
>She groggily stumbles down the stairs, and you grab her around the waist.
>You stop being in the library
>And start being about 500 feet away, straight up, in Rainbow Dash's house.
>You flip and roll your way to her bedroom, where she is sound asleep.
"WAKE UP!"
>Dash rockets up into the ceiling, then pops her head out.
>She glares at you disapprovingly.
"We're going to where the vines are coming from, and burning them to death!"
>Both her and Twilight speak at the same time.
>"What vines?"
>You tear a hole in the wall and let them look out of it.
>"Oh. Those vines."
>You don't really feel like getting more ponies together to ward off the vines. Everypony that you would bother taking is too far away.
"So there's Twilight, Dash, Me, Myself and I."
>You and you walk in from behind a wall.
"Hi."
"'Sup."
>The team is assembled!
>You bear hug everyone together, and stop being inside Rainbow Dash's house.
>And start being at the edge of the Everfree Forest.
>You release the team, and charge into the shrubbery.
>You get quite a ways in before you find that you're lost.
>Also, you notice that Twilight and Rainbow Dash are looking at the sky.
>One of the yous with them follows their gaze.
>Ahh. The sun and the moon are both in the sky.
>You stop being the other yous and start being the you that isn't looking at the sun/moon.
>What would the best way to do this be...
>Weigh down the moon, of course!
>You stop being on the planet
>And start being on top of the moon.
>Your extra weight pushes it down, and just as you disappear below the horizon, you stop being on the moon
>And start being back with Twilight and Rainbow Dash.
>They have no idea what just happened.
"Oi."
>They look at you, and you tap your wrist twice, before gesturing into the forest.
>You and you step out from behind some trees, and Twilight asks one of her patented silly questions.
>"How can there be so many of you?"
>One of you taps your foot impatiently, another you gives her a condescending glare, and the last you explains.
"Well, I can be in the same place at several different times, why can't I be in several different places at the same time?"
>She seems to accept your explanation. Or her brain has melted from how flawless your logic is, you're not totally sure.
>You charge into the Everfree at a much more sedate pace than last time, and the team follows.
>In practically no time at all, you find yourself at a fancy castle.
>Well, it was probably fancy at some point. Now it's crumbling a bit.
>You make a mental note to loot it later.
>As you make the aforementioned mental note, you trip down a flight of stairs.
>Ow.
>On the bright side, the vines seem to originate here.
"Hey, guys! I found what we're looking for!"
>You, you, Twilight and Dash come down the stairs to where you are.
>With them by your side, you enter the cave the vines are coming from.
>And find a fancy blue tree.
>As the rest of your team marvels, you, you and you take your positions.
>And, all at once, you start shaking your hands violently, causing them to catch alight.
>Then, all of you flick the fire off your hands at the tree the vines are coming from.
>It collapses immediately under the onslaught, but the vines remain.
>One of you notices that there are two nodes made of vines, and you all decide that they need to go.
>Another volley of flame, and the vines wither and die, revealing two tall winged unicorns.
>They shakily stand, and approach you.
>The white one speaks.
>"We, and indeed all of Equestria, owe you our lives. I ask only for your names, and in return, I will give you one gift."
>You, you and you huddle together and mumble at each other.
>It's just for show, as you already know what you will ask for.
>You turn back to the bedraggled alicorns, and speak.
"We are Anonymous, and we want Twilight to hurry up with the telekinesis lessons."
