I remember you saying that you will investigate this person who is granting access to my account...
I can tell you that he has granted access to my account again. From 3 times that he has granted access to my account 2 have been via support, i can bet on it!

Please read things i have done to protect my account-
* scanned and cleaned PC (actually i bought new pc)
* made new email for account recovery from other device with different internet provider
* changed password for email and steam
* set-up steam guard on my phone
* added phone number to my steam
* updated my router, change password for it and for wifi
* have been cautios - now using only my own teamspeak, not visiting any suspicious websites, not pressing links, not downloading anything (actually didnt do anything of this before too, was really cautios and always didnt get people who do stupid things like these)
* contacted support (you) not to give my steam account to this person and not to let him use compromised email adress "k******@****o.com" - kreejumss@yahoo.com!
* Informed support (you) that this person had access to all of my emails so he has alot of keys from bundles, information about my card number, full name, billing address and last for digits from my card (as i have made purchases previously and reciepts were sent to my email).


!!! PLEASE, PLEASE PUT SOME NOTE TO THIS ACCOUNT AND DONT LET THIS RUSSIAN HACKER/SCAMER GET TO MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!

He is still using russian IP, he is using that old email kreejumss@yahoo.com and he has several phone numbers that he is using. I bet that this is how he makes living... Now this person is making cs:go lobby, inviting people and asking them to join teamspeak with plugin that infects their computer and he can continue scaming people and stealing their accounts!


Please BLOCK kreejumss@yahoo.com! I HAVE NO ACCESS TO THIS EMAIL ADRESS!

I have few more questions:

1. What could we work out with you (support) that this dirty scammer wont be able to grant access to my steam account again?  As you can see in previous messages i HAVE done EVERYTHING from my side to protect my steam account!
2. What can we do in this case NOT TO LET HIM get my account back TROUGH SUPPORT? (if he knows card number, billing adress, name, surname, had steam CD-KEYS from bundles like 'humble bundle' etc)
3. I would like to know how did this person granted access to my steam account this time (3rd time)? There should be no way that he could login in steam without me knowing as i used steam yesterday and after using it i turned pc off, unplugged it from electricity... Only real way to grant access would be trough support! Could you please tell me, what information did he provide?


Still, MOST IMPOTANT QUESTION would be -  HOW DID HE GET ACCESS TO MY STEAM ACCOUNT and HOW CAN WE(me and you) WORK THIS OUT THAT HE DONT GET ACCESS TO MY STEAM ACCOUNT AGAIN, as there are like atleast 4-5 week gaps when he granted access again without using steam guard codes! So this still makes me think that it was trough you - support.!



Please hurry with removing access to my account from this russian. I really cant take this anymore... i have serious heart problems and almost died at begining of this year, so i cant take anymore! My nerves and heart cant handle all this stress + 2 jobs...
