PIMPNITE "NU" Tourney - Rules/Bans

FULL NU (AND UNDER) TOURNY:

Please note that the tiers are specifically geared towards NU and are general In nature for this tourney. Results have been put together with 5th and 6th gen (Since there Is no official NU) and I have done as best job as possible. Obviously there are going to be pokemon up for debate, but this Is as stable as It can be until official testing has been done.

Please take note of these clause/s:

Sleep Clause (No more than one pokemon Is allowed to be put to sleep at one time)
Species Clause (No 2 of the same pokemon )
Evasion Clause (No moves that bring evasion luck. Example double team, minimize)
1HKO Clause (No moves that grant 1 hit kills. Example Horn Drill)
Accuracy Clause (No moves that always grant accuracy loss Example Sand attack. Mud bomb Is fine as It does not ALWAYS take effect)
Moody Clause (do NOT have the ability moody)
The abilities Drizzle, Drought, Snow Warning, Sand Stream are BANNED
The abilities Snow Cloak, and Sand Veil are BANNED
Swagger will be BANNED
Shell Smash and Baton Pass are banned In COMBO TOGETHER (Can use them separate tho)
Unreleased abilities are banned
