  1. What one skill makes you the most qualified for this position?
  2. >My leadership ability.
  3.
  4. How Would You Describe Your Own Working Style?
  5. >Speed and accuracy.
  6.
  7. If Hired, What Is the First Thing You Would Tackle in This Position?
  8. >I would have a meeting with all JCS and ask them what is going on in their branches. And come up with solutions on how to fix their problems.
  9.
  10. How much do you know about NUSM and have you ever held positions within NUSM or NUSA?
  11. >I mean I know NUSM hasn't been the best the past 2 years. I have been in SF for awhile. I've never held a position in either of them. But I've been in many other big USMs being COs of divisions within ASOC,MARSOC, NSWC.
  12.
  13. How long would you say you've been in SF?
  14. >Couple months.
  15.
  16. What One Skill Would You Like to Improve and What’s Your Plan for Doing So?
  17. >I'd say a skill I'd love to improve would pertain to that of "desk" work, i.e. writing documents and policies. I plan to improve this through experience as I'd like to think of myself as a very quick learner.
  18.
  19. What Excites You Most About This Position?
  20. >What excites me the most about this position is that I will finally have a chance to return to my roots. Some of my favorite and first experiences on this site we're based in the modern military community, just not nUSA's modern military community. This is something I am passionate about, that motivated me to perform my very best, given any scenario.
  21.
  22. How do you intend to improve the military's combat readiness?
  23. >First of all, the way that that JCS run their branches is utter shit, that is clearly evident due to their performance in the recent years. To improve the combat readiness of the military, I, together with the authority of the President, will move to put into place tighter policies, regulations, and training procedures. The way that USM functions right now relies too heavily on role play and not enough on what really matters in their current situation, they must be borderline micromanaged and organized efficiently, somethings the past Chairmen lacked to do.
