ANOMALOUS AND NON ANOMALOUS ENTITY CLASSIFICATION CRITERIA
----------------------
1) Classification based on ORIGIN of the entity and whether or not the entity is ANOMALOUS.

I. A NON ANOMALOUS entity created by NON ANOMALOUS MEANS or BORN INTO THIS WORLD, NOT POSSESSING MYTHICAL POWERS, RESEMBLING Earth fauna, flora or humans, is classified as a MUNDANE ENTITY.
II. A NON ANOMALOUS entity created by ANOMALOUS MEANS NOT INVOLVING SUMMONING, NOT POSSESSING MYTHICAL POWERS, RESEMBLING Earth fauna, flora or humans, is classified as a MUNDANE CONSTRUCT.
III AN ANOMALOUS entity created by  SEEMINGLY NON ANOMALOUS MEANS or which had been NATURALLY BORN, NOT POSSESSING MYTHICAL POWERS, RESEMBLING Earth fauna, flora or humans, is classified as a MUNDANE ANOMALOUS CONSTRUCT.
IV. AN ANOMALOUS entity created by ANOMALOUS MEANS NOT INVOLVING SUMMONING, NOT POSSESSING MYTHICAL POWERS, RESEMBLING Earth fauna, flora or humans, is classified as a MUNDANE ANOMALY.
V. AN ANOMALOUS entity created by ANOMALOUS MEANS, NOT RESEMBLING anything naturally found on Earth, NOT POSSESSING MYTHICAL POWERS, NOT BROUGHT INTO THE WORLD BY SUMMONING and NOT POSSESSING GODLY ORIGIN,  is classified as an ANOMALOUS CONSTRUCT.
VI. AN ANOMALOUS entity created by ANOMALOUS MEANS BY WAY OF SUMMONING, NOT POSSESSING GODLY ORIGIN, is classified as a DEMON.
VII. AN ANOMALOUS entity created by ANOMALOUS MEANS, POSSESSING A GODLY ORIGIN AND MYTHICAL POWERS, is classified as a DEMIGOD/GOD.

2) Classification based on POWER possessed by the entity and relative THREAT.

I. An entity NOT POSSESSING power above that of an AVERAGE HUMAN, and having LESS power than the average entity with the same ORIGIN AND ANOMALOUS CLASSIFICATION is considered a LOW-THREAT ENTITY.
II. An entity POSSESSING power above that of an AVERAGE HUMAN, and having LESS power than the average entity with the same ORIGIN AND ANOMALOUS CLASSIFICATION is considered a MINOR(THREAT) ENTITY.
III. An entity POSSESSING power above that of an AVERAGE HUMAN, and having power EQUAL to that of an average entity of the same ORIGIN AND ANOMALOUS CLASSIFICATION is considered a MEDIUM(THREAT) ENTITY.
IV. An entity POSSESSING power above that of an AVERAGE HUMAN, and having power GREATER than of an average entity of the same ORIGIN AND ANOMALOUS CLASSIFICATION is considered a MAJOR(THREAT) ENTITY.
V. An entity classified as a GOD ENTITY surpasses ALL THREAT AND POWER LEVELS present. For instructions in the case of a GOD TIER ENTITY EVENT see document USMAADA-00191.

3) Classification based on CURRENT STATUS of the entity.

I. An entity under watch under suspicion of being a threat is referred to as SUSPECTED.
II. An entity CONFIRMED to be a LOW-THREAT/MINOR ENTITY and not requiring further action at the time is referred to as CONFIRMED.
III. An entity CONFIRMED to be a THREAT and requiring further action at the time is referred to as TARGETED.
IV. An entity CONFIRMED as a THREAT and having been ENGAGED IN COMBAT by USMAA OPERATIVES is referred to as ENCOUNTERED.
V. An entity CONFIRMED as a THREAT and having been ENGAGED IN COMBAT AND ELIMINATED by USMAA OPERATIVES OR OTHERWISE is referred to as NEUTRALIZED.
VI. An entity CONFIRMED as a THREAT and having ELIMINATED ONE OR MORE USMAA OPERATIVES is referred to as a HOSTILE, DANGEROUS ENTITY.
VII. An entity CONFIRMED as a THREAT and posing IMMEDIATE THREAT to a MAJOR CITY, GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL, MILITARY BRANCH, RESEARCH FACILITY, USMAA BASE or THE PLANET AS A WHOLE is referred to as a PRIORITY TARGET.
VIII. An entity CONFIRMED as a GOD ENTITY surpasses ALL CLASSIFICATION BASED ON CURRENT STATUS with the exceptions of SUSPECTED and NEUTRALIZED. At ALL OTHER TIMES operatives should consider the entity a PRIORITY TARGET unless specified otherwise by superiors.
