- [12:35] Adrian Rowan asks, "Narissa... How'd things with Caira go?"
- [12:35] Narissa says, "Hello, hello."
- [12:36] Narissa says, "Well enough, I suppose. She did mention quite a bit."
- [12:36] Adrian Rowan asks, "Quite a bit... About what?"
- [12:36] Narissa asks, "Do you want me to answer that here?"
- [12:37] Adrian Rowan says, "Uhh..."
- [12:37] Adrian Rowan says, "Hmm."
- [12:37] Adrian Rowan says, "Now that you mention it, probably not."
- [12:37] Adrian Rowan asks, "Do you want to talk somewhere private?"
- [12:38] Narissa says, "All good things, you make her happy."
- [12:38] Adrian Rowan says, "Ahh... Hmm."
- [12:38] Adrian Rowan says, "I see, I see."
- [12:38] Rindou Sakamoto asks, "..?"
- [12:38] Narissa says, "...jests aside, we can speak alone, later."
- [12:39] Narissa whispers: You look. Confused about something?
- [12:39] Rindou Sakamoto whispers: It's just-
- [12:39] Adrian Rowan says, "Sure, that sound's good to me Narissa."
- [12:39] Rindou Sakamoto whispers: Caira's never talked to me about Adrian.
- [12:39] Narissa whispers: I think it's a recent thing.
- [12:40] Narissa whispers: We spoke on it last night.
- [12:40] Rindou Sakamoto whispers: .. What's it about?
- [12:40] Narissa whispers: Oh. They're...a. Thing? Yes.
- [12:40] Rindou Sakamoto whispers: .. Oh.
- [12:40] Rindou Sakamoto whispers: Oh.
- [12:43] Rindou takes a moment to think about the words that were uttered, her gaze shifting towards the temple for a few moment - avoiding Narissa's or any onlooker's eyes upon her. It wouldn't take much for just about anyone to notice something was off about the woman, however; Jiuweihu's glow had dimmed just a bit as Rindou emptily stared off into the distance. It took about half a minute of silence before she simply...
- ... walked off. Without even saying goodbye or anything. Ouch.
- (Rindou Sakamoto)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:47] Tilting her head for a moment, Narissa can't help but feel curious, and a bit off. Rindou is a bit more mouthy when she's upset, from what she'd seen. So, much like the noblewoman, she ceases any other conversation and-
- Attempts to float after her.
- (Narissa)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:48] Adrian moves a hand out, before a small water droplet forms. He aims it at the back of Rindou's head, before flicking it off in her direction. She could call it a parting gift. Because he certainly didn't mind if she stuck around or not, since she kinda just hung onto him while he came here.
- ''I think I will return to Levengard soon.''
- (Adrian Rowan)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:52] The water droplets succesfully hit the back of Rindou's head at that moment, prompting her to stop right then and there in her tracks. Her gaze shifted down towards the ground and silence reigned. Her lips parted, yet no sound escaped her. She wouldn't yell at Adrian. She wouldn't scream and berate him for doing that. She wouldn't even get revenge, no.
- This... just hurt in a whole different kind of way.
- Her feet shuffled as she exited the scene even faster than before, not stopping Narissa from following her one bit.
- (Rindou Sakamoto)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:55] Floating along, she finds herself trailing Rindou until she reaches a graveyard within the jungles. With all of the overgrowth, and thick canopies, it makes this secluded part of the tribe lands shadowy and dark.
- Whenever the Sakamoto stops, Narissa's hand would attempt to lightly fall upon her shoulder. Offering a snug little squeeze.
- "...are you okay?"
- (Narissa)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:57] The touch was felt and didn't surprise her as much as one would in a cemetary. She knew that she had been followed and prepared herself for such. While shadows loomed and thick, bushy forests surrounded them the young Illuminated provided the necessary glow for things to be clear, obvious, and direct. Rindou's eyes were on the verge of shedding tears and her lie was far, far too obvious.
- "I'm.. I'm fine."
- (Rindou Sakamoto)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [13:07] Soon as Narissa's hand touches her, Sienna eyes shift to emerald. Gazing on the woman, unable to understand her dilemma. There is a desire. A desire to empathize, and understand. It's only sparked, when the few trusted seem to endure pain- be it pain of the soul, or pain of the body.
- "You are not." Blunt, as ever, while sidestepping around the woman. "...but, if you do not wish to explain why, this is fine."
- So, she intended to help, the only other way she knew how. If conversation lead her nowhere, and words could change little?
- Arms stretched wide, she gives an open invitation for a hug-
- Or a shoulder to cry on.
- (Narissa)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [13:10] She practically fell into the offer, burrowing her head into the lie that her friend's frame was and allowing herself to just quietly let it out. This pain that was in her heart wasn't a new one, either. She had been battling with doubts, jealousy, and envy in the past year more than ever before. Now, however? It was real. It wasn't just a theory or a thought that it may or may not be the case; Narissa confrimed Rindou's suspicions and more tears were brought to the party.
- Her last breakdown had been far more dramatic, vocal, and shocking. This one was just like a block of solid pain had to exit her body and slip out into this world. It hurt. Bad. She wasn't even sure why, either; she had her suspicions, she had basically known and was going to ask about it directly, but...
- ... it still hurt.
- Why?
- (Rindou Sakamoto)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [13:28] Still unsure as to what spurred this on, the oblivious shapeshifter tries to understand. Lithe fingers raise to glide along Rindous's locks, occasionally pausing to rest on the back of her head. Small offers of comfort, learned in recent times.
- There is no attempt to stop the waterworks, letting Rindou release all of the stress and pain, giving he as much time as she needed to recover. "If you ever wish to speak on your pain, I will offer my ears."
- The only words whispered, barely audible over the weeping.
- (Narissa)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [13:31] She couldn't tell her, could she? Narissa would most likely be able to help her with her issues, but... it was embarassing. Terribly so. The heartache from heartbreak wasn't something she wanted to share with others, no. Bit by bit she was starting to be convinced that her life as it was was far from perfect.
- She would have been happier if she was someone else.
- Rindou merely leaned further into her friend, muttering something amongst the sad pain.
- "Love.. sucks."
- (Rindou Sakamoto)

- [13:41] Allowing her to lean closer, Narissa considers what it may have been. There are ideas, yet she wouldn't speak on them, not daring to make matters even worse. When Rindou speaks that dreaded phrase, she stiffens up, just for a second.
- "Love...sucks?" It was difficult to process this claim. Love, a heart, they were two things she'd wanted; giving up on the former, until a certain someone had been consumed- or dealt with, in a reasonable manner.
- Casually stroking Rindou's locks, she speaks again.
- "The love I feel for few is platonic. I cannot relate, but I am here for you.
- Yes, yes."
- (Narissa)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [13:45] It was a harsh and cold landscape in its own particular way. She was confiding into someone who couldn't quite fully grasp the meaning of her words, whether she had a guess or not on what caused them. It wouldn't solve any problem and it barely even made her feel better. The only thing that worked out was that sensation that someone cared.
- That she mattered, at least to someone.
- Teeth came to a grit as she shook her head lightly, falling more silent than before and flushing the negativity from her mind at such a slow pace that it may seem like she was losing her mind even further.
- It was awful, and she didn't see any way to make it better.
- (Rindou Sakamoto)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [14:07] "Rindou." Name spoken, as both arms slide down the nobles frame. Wrapped around her midsection, the embrace is tightened, while squeezing ever so softly. "You are our friend. We worry."
- Forehead pressed against the woman's, her eyes begin to shine bright. "I keep my pain to myself. Confiding it others is terrifying. I understand this, so I will not press. But-" Lithe fingers curl into the kimono.
- "I do wish for you to be happy. Apologies, for being unable to help properly." Breaking away, she begins to float. Considering a means to help, a means to assist, finding that she's unable to do much to alieve the Sakamoto's pain.
- There's a shadow just behind me, shrouding every step I take.
- "I live near the lake now. Feel free to visit, whenever you please. Will listen, even if I cannot help."
- Making every promise empty, pointing every finger at me.
- "I am sorry."
- Waiting like a stalking butler, trust in me and fall as well.
- (Narissa)
