  20. What is your motivation for applying for a support position within ANZUS?: I strive to help people with everything I do. I like getting to know people and being a known name across communities, I like to know that people can come to me if they have any problems, technical or otherwise. I am a passionate gamer and I really enjoy playing on Anzus, but I know I can do more. I want to be able to help the community and work to make it a better place. Nobody enjoys rule breakers, my self included. I want to be a part of a team that works against that kind of people and make this a more enjoyable community for all.

  22. What skills can you bring to the team?: My motivation, as said previously I strive to help people, so if someone has a problem then I am not one to give up quickly or avoid helping people. My attitude, I don't like being rude and if people get annoyed or are angry I always look for the civil way to calm them down and talk it out. I always attempt to go into every situation open-minded, and I am never biased. I believe everyone deserves a chance to be heard, and to share their side of the story. My experience. Above all, I can bring a lot of experience to the table. I was HA on psisyn before that got shut down, and in a long story short, I know how to be a good staff member all the way from trial staff to a head admin. Dealing with minges and rule breakers on a daily basis, player reports, technical problems at the start, progressing to using battlemetrics and other panels to help out other staff members and find out key information. Which then progressed to working with other senior admins to accept staff applications, train staff and make sure they, and the staff team in general, were in check.
