Frank Harper has been serving as a deputy sheriff for nearly a decade (4 OOC years), demonstrating unwavering dedication and focus throughout his career as a law enforcement officer. While not weak by any measure even before joining the force, he has grown tremendously in both mental and physical aspects as a result of the intensive training and extreme demands occasioned by the academy, the effects of which were subsequently consolidated by his activity as an officer. Frank has perfected his physical prowess not only by performing generic police duties, but also by vigorously instructing numerous batches of cadets. In instructing recruits, he often exemplifies combat techniques by sparring with them and personally participating in training so as to ensure that future officers are well coordinated and are able to employ effective compliance-gaining techniques.

In sum, Frank is continously evolving as it is his duty to address violent crime, an objective that can sometimes be accomplished through sheer strength, superior coordination, and intelligent fighting. Moreover, this is reinforced by Frank's inclination to frequently train not only himself, but others as well.
