I recommend reading the full guides linked at the bottom, I've written my own quick guide here so as to simplify based on my UK experience and not to overwhelm or scare anyone off from the only easy and reliable way of getting the medicine we need here. This is generally very safe in the UK, if an overseas order does get intercepted by customs you simply get a 'love letter' from customs stating the contents and how to make a claim for it.
