use the Hero shrine~
activate the Blessing of the gun~
don’t buy or steal anything from shops except for pickups~
don’t pick up any boss drops except for Master Rounds and pickups~
drop half of all items and guns you get on a floor before leaving it. Round up if the number is odd~
go to the Abbey. If you fail to do so, damage yourself 8 times or until you’re at half a heart~
fight the Rat. Take only one of the rewards or one rat key. If you fail to fight the Rat, drop all but 5 of your (non-starter) items/guns before entering the last floor~
don’t pick up any pickups on a floor before having fought the boss~
skip the first A- or S-tier item/gun you find. Also: Immediately sell at least one item or gun to any Sell Creep you encounter~
don’t interact with any shrines or NPCs. Buying from shops is allowed~
roll a d4 at the start of every floor. The result is how many items you’re allowed to pick up on the floor. Guns are unaffected~
flip two coins whenever you find an item or gun. If you get tails twice, do not pick it up. If you get heads twice, only keep it for the rest of the current floor~
don’t use any blanks. Also don’t pick up any armor (or armor-granting items/guns) unless you're Robot~
play with max screen shake. Also disable gun quick switching~
you have to keep using any gun you pick up until you run out of ammo or fight a boss~
avoid all curse and coolness. If you fail to follow this rule, drop all your items that affect HP and don’t pick up any others for the rest of the run~
get any curse you can get, excluding the Hero shrine~
you are only allowed to hold a maximum of 6 (non-starter) items/guns at a time~
open lower tier chests before higher tier ones when you have the choice~
go to the next floor immediately when you find the boss~
only open two chests per floor~
if you take more than two hits in a single room, discard one of your guns. If you can't drop a gun, take 2 damage instead~
you can only take a room or boss drop if you didn't take any damage in the room where it dropped~
