  1. [10:50:01] The journey went past the gate, through the caves, and into the swamplands! A sprint that took her quite literally most of the day, and some of the past day. She was out to find Weiss... because surely she was out there somewhere. Riri knew her smart enough to escape Village.
  2.
  3. And it all turned into a big game of hide and seek again. Though, Riri didn't feel up to the games at the moment. She played them regardless, however. Her run and look out eventually brought her out to a manor. And she popped a hand on her cheek as she looked at it from a distance. "Maybe..." Muttering to herself quietly, as she made a approach. It didn't take her long to get to the door. Testing the knob.
  4.
  5. If it was locked, she break the handle, lock, and part of the door in one go. If it was unlocked, well she just walked right on in.
  6.
  7. "Hai Hai Hai! Anyone home?!?!" Shouting, to see if anyone would come out to greet her. Or maybe she'd have to start breaking things until someone did.
  8. (Riri Méizha)
  9. [10:56:00] The lobby was an absolute mess. Carcasses of animals, limbs of monstrous critters, and different colored ichor spread all over the place. In the center, a silver haired individual with goggled and a medical mask. The only thing spared from her supposed rampage would be a small textbook on the tray next to the individual in question.
  10.
  11. Once could notice that each of the creatures that had been mutilated had been affected by some sort of affliction, as proven with the discoloring and the odd organic tissue that seemed to be consuming them. It was of a dark grey color, consuming the decaying flesh. Some of it was even throbbing!
  12.
  13. "Hmmm? Who are you? Who let you in? This is my house. Are you lost? Do you want to be a specimen?"
  14.
  15. Nashandra inquired, her voice monotone as her gaze slowly moved up to recognize the presence of Riri. The tot would barely be able to recognize the being that looked oh so much like the host of the Sanctuary before she had disappeared.
  16.
  17. "Do not touch anything. You might not like it."
  18. (Nashandra)
  19. [11:05:23] Okay maybe she couldn't break anything. Everything was kinda already broken in her perspective. Corpses and limbs spawled out just about everywhere she could see where she was standing. Nothing too cheery really. Than came a twitch of her nose as she noticed an actual person standing there.
  20.
  21. And started shooting questions. Not giving, but to her SHOOTING them at her."Sheesh... Gimme a second." She spoke a bit too quickly with her questions. "Okie sooo... I'm Riri, the swift. I let myself in. I don't care. Uhhh... Probably am actually. And I don't know what a specimen is. But the last time I was something and I didn't know what it was... I kinda ended up floating in a pond fishes. So no."
  22.
  23. No time to really go into story. Well maybe. She was kinda alreadly losing thought and what she was doing before. Moving focus toward the girl. And she hummed. A close look at appearence. Thinking about something.
  24.
  25. "Maybe." Though, she only shrugged her shoulders after. "I don't wanna touch anything anyway." Gazing around for a moment.
  26.
  27. No words leaving her however.
  28. (Riri Méizha)
  29. [11:11:21] "You should care."
  30.
  31. With those words, the goggles were removed, to expose the silver, yet hollow eyes of the homunculus. They expressed nothing, and yet Riri could see the immense amount of authority Nashandra wished to impose. It wouldn't help that the horrendously depraved nature of her condition would submit the kid into experiencing the awful echoes of the Dreamer, plaguing the kid's mind with feelings of anguish and hatred.
  32.
  33. Gloves were removed as well, as the entity had finished her work it seemed. The journal she had opened would be closed, with the title of the cover shown only as 'Greyrot'.
  34.
  35. "Miss Riri. I recommend you apologize for entering like this. With a bow. In front of me. A big apology. Do as I say, and I will forgive you. And we can share cocoa."
  36.
  37. Monotone in an unnerving way, Nashandra made her way out of the lab's table that bordered the two lasses. Stains of blood were brushed off hr cheek as she approached the girl.
  38.
  39. "You do not have to beg."
  40. (Nashandra)
  41. [11:25:00] "I should?" In a questioning manner. She knew little authority of others. Thief, disobdience, and quiet accustion of insanity. And she grinned for a moment thinking about what she might end up doing later. "Pet a few of those worms, hide and seek, and pocket sand..." Humming delightfully for a moment. Than grounded herself again, as the small thought came to her so quickly.
  42.
  43. She was still talking to someone. "I carry sand in my pockets you know! If you really think I care... well your probably not smart. Probably smarter than me, either how, but..." She shrugged her shoulds before she reached into her pocket and pulled out pure Sarab sand, taken straight from the desert.
  44.
  45. Held her palm up right, not the drop it onto the ground the second she pulled it out. "Here's some sand if you don't believe me." Holding it out for her to see as she approached her. "And if you think I'm gonna say sorry, well... I didn't even say sorry when I beat up that kid a few days ago. Though... Cocoa?" Thinking about the offer for a moment. She did like something sweet right about now.
  46.
  47. She fell back, thinking about it. "Maybe. Won't mean it at all, but I want some cocoa." Was she... thinking out loud?
  48. (Riri Méizha)
  49. [11:30:59] Looks like she had a bad seed to handle. A little twerp who had no manners whatsoever! Her empty gaze turned into a squint. Chin rising, the homunculus was swift to close the distance between the two. Now attempting to set her hand under the girl's chin, silver eyes fixated the tot's.
  50.
  51. Whether it'd be successful or not, it did not matter, Nashandra sought to impose her authority in her quarters.
  52.
  53. "You will apologize, Miss Riri, even if I have to make you. And I will be genuine. From the heart. From the soul."
  54.
  55. Belligerence was at its peak, as there was little patience to be had for parasites who acted as if they owned the place. A little discipline to deal with the pesky ones that didn't stand to Nashandra's standards.
  56.
  57. "Will it be necessary that I employ further force, or will you approach me with the same means as you did with that boy you mention? I will give you a chance to show true regret for the discord you are creating."
  58.
  59. With Nashandra's voice raising, the miasma of depravity that plagued the minds of those present got stronger. It would not help any initiative to calm the situation, that was for certain.
  60. (Nashandra)
  61. [11:46:20] Her hand moved to put the pocket sand back into her pocket for later. Or soon, depending on how this all played out. And with how she acted... it would likely be soon. A hand would be placed on her chin. "The closer you come, the more you make my nose itch..." Another twitch of it even. It was a strange thing really. "This usually only happens around Valen..." She rubbed her nose a bit as she started at the silver eyes peering down at her.
  62.
  63. "I can apologize, apologize, and apologize again... but I'll never really mean it. So I don't see much of a point to... since I haven't even done anything wrong. But..." There was a tilt of her head with closed eyes. "I have better things to do with my pocket sand too..." Implying for a moment, she was planning on fighting.
  64.
  65. She would have gotten up in the next moment, in a blink. "You said a bow right?" Stretched her arms for a moment. Than place an arm behind her and infront of her as she bowed. "Sorry." Holding the bow infront of her for a few seconds. Than stood a staight again.
  66.
  67. "There." All she had to say really.
  68. (Riri Méizha)
  69. [11:54:01] A twitch of her eye. Such nonsense, plaguing an already struggling entity, was not going to end well. Riri's blathering, it was overloading Nashandra with uncertainty. And the idea of someone not even taking her warning seriously. It disgusted her, made her feel small and incapable.
  70.
  71. The hand that had been holding the kid's chin would now lower itself onto the bowing lass' head. As if trying to shove her down even more until she'd tip over and meet the wooden floor. Once again, she could most certainly avoid it, but if not, her itchy nose would meet the floorboards.
  72.
  73. "Sorry Miss Nashandra. I am o' so sorry. So sorry, I will give you my most precious weapon."
  74.
  75. Nashandra blurted out, anger clear in her voice. Something very hard to achieve as she had behaved like a drone most of her short life. This Riri however, she got to the homunculus. This completely disconnected and maddened behavior. It was something she could not CONTROL.
  76.
  77. "Repeat it. Four time. And give me your sword. And then, only then, will you be forgiven and rewarded."
  78.
  79. Her breathing was losing its grip too, becoming more frantic by the second.
  80. (Nashandra)
  81. [12:09:23] She hummed as her face was about to make contact with the floor. She remembered alot of how Valen usually said not to let people touch her... so he'd probably notice something if she came back with a broken nose or atleast a bruise. And that was when a bit of magic came into play. A slow tap on her floor boards before perspective slowed.
  82.
  83. And the swift and hasty Riri moved her head from the hand moving it, and slowly put it down on the floor besides her. Than rolled away slightly. Than sat up to stare. She actually didn't want Valen to yell at her. Not at all. He'd probably make her sleep eight hours! That wouldn't have been demoralizing. It would have been unthinkable! It would have been worse than sleeping in a cell. "Actually... No that's a runner up..." Muttering again.
  84.
  85. "Repeat that?" She hummed for a moment. "Sorry Nas. I am sorry. So sorry, I will give you my most precious weapon." She said with twice. On the third time, she slowly came to a halt before she could say the last part to the abridged wordings. "Wait a minute..."
  86.
  87. Humming in thought. Than she was quick to take the sword off her back and hold it close. "Not Gunter... I stole him and he can kill ghost." She gave it a name and hugged it even. "Take something else! I don't even care about the cocoa anymore. I just wanna keep gunter."
  88. (Riri Méizha)
  89. [12:17:04] What the actual fuck?
  90.
  91. At this point it mostly seemed futile to insist. Belligerence died, as Nashandra felt as though nothing would truly come out of pushing this kid anymore. Plus, even if the apology was half-hearted, Riri understood her place to an extent. The homunculus wasn't satisfied, but it was better than the exasperation that'd come into play.
  92.
  93. "Tsk ... Fine!"
  94.
  95. A random raise of her arms, very much like a meme. Riri had complied, and was going to be given a pass.
  96.
  97. "Just ... Alright."
  98.
  99. A smirk formed upon her visage, silver eyes peering down at the confusing lass. Arms crossed, the entity slowly bent over in order to whisper the following suggestion to the maddened menace.
  100.
  101. "You have to be my errand girl ... For ten years! Get me all my groceries and special requests. All of them. Maybe a limit per day or week. I am not that sadistic. If you do this, you will be forgiven, and can keep your ..."
  102.
  103. Her index pointed at the blade, forming circles as the fake human pondered the name for a second.
  104.
  105. "Gunter."
  106. (Nashandra)
  107. [12:28:09] No pocket sand was lost. She had to do very little. And most importantly, she still had gunter.
  108.
  109. This actually played out alot better than she was thinking it was. Implying that she was do much thinking. Though, she was likely in the clear at this point, she still held the sword close! Like it was a dear child or something relating in importance.
  110.
  111. Just something she didn't want to put down. "Errand Girl?" Sounded like what she use to do already. Actually, what she was already doing. Though, she didn't have enough wit to tell though. "Wat, Ten years?" She thought about it. It didn't sound too fun. Collecting stuff for her that is. How she did it, that might have ended up being fun. To some extent. She hummed quietly as she thought of it more.
  112.
  113. "'Kay, gotcha' Nas'."
  114.
  115. No intention to say her name. Though Riri seemed willing enough to go around and collect things. "As long as I get to keep Gunter, I'm fine!"
  116. (Riri Méizha)
  117. [12:36:41] "Miss Nashandra."
  118.
  119. A tone filled with authority. The Homunculus wasn't playing around, even if she had somewhat surrendered. Nonetheless, the importance of keeping it formal was rather large for Nashandra.
  120.
  121. "It is long, but it is how it is, Miss Riri. Now then, you will start by delivering me ... A small chunk of Mithril. I want to make myself a new set of tools."
  122.
  123. She ordered, waving for the little Riri to do as the silver being demanded. A victory was achieved, even if it felt very strange an unappealing. Perhaps hanging around the freaks and weirdos of society wasn't exactly going to provide the satisfaction she sought. Then again, her Greyrot had the theme of homogeneity.
  124.
  125. "If you deliver everything accordingly, I will reward you with a special title. Madame Riri!"
  126.
  127. Emotion was added there, passion! She had to make this sound far more epic and interesting than it truly was.
  128. (Nashandra)
  129. [12:51:12] She hummed 'Yeah, Yeah' and swayed her head. She was never one for formalities. It kinda made things dull. She'd prefer nicknames or something like that. That made things a bit more entertaining.
  130.
  131. "Mithril?" She pulled out a crayon with some sand on it and some paper and wrote the word down. Spelt it like she thought it might have been spelt. Than nodded her head. She had her list now, and so placed it away for a bit later. Maybe she could run about and ask Valen. Or maybe Sal. Either of them really.
  132.
  133. She moved for the door. "I don't like Madame, by the way! Come up with something better. Some 'fun.' Like Bandit Riri or something!" She opened the door and walked a few feet away.
  134.
  135. But a thought came across her mind and she came running back to open it.
  136.
  137. "I don't know where to find the stuff by the way! But... I'ma go ask some people and push around some bandits until they tell me!" Than she actually left.
