[20:14] <~Kroked> Luna and Erina, after a short break, you head off once more to wandering, Nate carrying Luna
[20:14] <~Kroked> after awhile, you finally come across, a village

[20:16] * Erina begins to look around at the buildings and people.
[20:17] <~Kroked> The village is quite small, full of wooden huts. most of the people are outside, but there are no Young men or women to be seen, all of them are either children, or old. However, curiously, the village has another strange group of denizens
[20:17] <~Kroked> Little cat's that walk on their hind legs, some are farming, others seem to be watching some of the kids
[20:18] <Erina> "They......."
[20:18] <Erina> "They're so cuuuuuuute!"
[20:18] <~Kroked> your squeal immediatly draws attention to you
[20:18] <Luna> "Daww look at em all"
[20:19] <~Kroked> all of the kids immediatly scramble away, while some of the cat things come at you threateningly with hoes
[20:20] <~Kroked> however, a tiny hunched over elderly woman waves them off as she walks up to your group
[20:20] <~Kroked> she looks you up and down with her tiny kind old eye's
[20:20] <~Kroked> "Hmm... well you sure don't look like monsters, now do ya?"
[20:21] <Luna> "Last i checked, we are still people, hello Granny!"
[20:21] <Erina> "Nope, just a human, whatever Nate is, and uh....me."
[20:23] <~Kroked> The old granny chuckles a little "Well this sure is a pleasant surprise, it's been so long since we've had normal visitors and not just monsters coming to snack on us"
[20:23] <Erina> "What's the name of this village?"
[20:24] <~Kroked> "This is Mamoon Village, we used to be simple farmers and gatherers, but since the Succubi and spiders moved in, we may not even be that soon"
[20:25] <Luna> "Ah, those things, dont have to worry about them any more"
[20:25] <Erina> "Oh uh, we may have taken care of that."
[20:27] <~Kroked> she raises her bushy eyebrows "Really?! Why this is excellent news! Those succubi sucked most of our men dry before our last hunter got 2 of 'em, unfortunately, the spiders too much for her" she shakes her head sadly "She was a good lad she was"
[20:27] * Erina grimaces as she remembers the clothing she found.
[20:28] <Erina> "D-does she have any family left? I think I might have found what was left of her belongings."
[20:28] <~Kroked> "I don;t know I'm afraid. She was sent here by the guild, she didn't talk about her family much"
[20:29] <Erina> "The guild?"
[20:30] <~Kroked> "The hunters guild of course, don't you know of them? They take requests, and protect towns like this from the beasts that roam the wilderness"
[20:30] <Luna> "Nah... We kind of just arived in the area, fairly new here and all"
[20:31] <~Kroked> "I didn;t think anyone on this Tarn didn't know about the guild, you must be from pretty far"
[20:31] <Luna> "Yup very far, its nice to see other people though instead of hostile monsters"
[20:32] <~Kroked> the lady seems to realize some thing suddenly "My, young lady are you hurt?"
[20:32] <Erina> "Would it be okay if we stayed here tonight? My friend here is still suffering from a spider bite and we need a place to rest for a while."
[20:33] <Luna> "Im alright granny, just need some rest"
[20:33] <~Kroked> "Ahhh dem spider flowers got'er eh? I think i have some antidote laying around my hut somewhere, just a moment"
[20:33] <~Kroked> the granny shuffles off
[20:33] <Luna> "Well, this place is nice, isnt it?"
[20:34] * Erina doesn't seem to hear as she bends down and tries to beckon one of the cats over.
[20:34] <~Kroked> Nate nods "It's a nice place, what i saw of it, they live at one with the land"
[20:34] <Erina> "Here kitty kitty kitty....."
[20:35] <Luna> "Eri they are not animals... they are people.. i think"
[20:35] <~Kroked> Erina: a curious cat walks over and looks at you cocking it's head "Kitty, I hasn;t been a kitty in awile Bird girl"
[20:36] <Erina> "I'm not a bird, I'm an......Psst Luna, did Sabrina happen to mention what she made me into?"
[20:36] <Luna> "If i remember right she left that up to you, but your still Eri so what does it matter?"
[20:36] <Erina> "Hmmmm......"
[20:37] <~Kroked> "You doknow what you are? mroooooow thats very strange"
[20:37] <Luna> "Heh your a funny little cat person arent ya"
[20:38] <~Kroked> "Felyne mrooooow! Not a cat!"
[20:38] <Erina> "!"
[20:38] <Erina> "They can talk!"
[20:38] <Luna> "My mistake little one"
[20:39] * Erina picks up the Felyne in a hug, "Sooooo cuuuute"
[20:39] <~Kroked> Erina: the felyne looks at you oddly "What, you never seen a Felyne before?"
[20:39] <~Kroked> "MROOOOOOOOOOOW! HISSSSSSSSS!"
[20:39] <~Kroked> it struggles futily
[20:39] <Luna> "Dont break the little one alright Eri, and i dont think they like being picked up.."
[20:39] <Erina> "Oh!"
[20:39] <~Kroked> a couple of kids have come out of hiding and are giggling at the display
[20:40] * Erina sets the Felyne down sheepishly, "Sorry...."
[20:40] <Luna> "My friend here gets excited easily... are you alright little one? Whats your name?"
[20:41] <~Kroked> it brushes itself off in a huff "I' Neko mroooow"
[20:42] <Erina> "Nice to meet you, my name's Erina Vains."
[20:42] <Luna> "Nice to meet you Neko, my names Luna, and my trasportation here is Nate"
[20:45] <Erina> "So Neko, what do you do around here?"
[20:47] <~Kroked> "I guard the Village Mrow!" he says with a puffed up chest proudly "With no hunters, the jobs fallen to mrrrrrre!"
[20:47] <Luna> "Wow, such a brave little one, your not all by yourself doing that job are you?"
[20:49] <~Kroked> "I sure am!" he seems very proud of this
[20:51] * Luna gives a slightly sad look "Thats a good job your doing then!"
[20:52] <Erina> "We'll leave things to you then."
[20:54] <~Kroked> as you say that, the granny comes waddling back out with a little wooden syringe with a metal needle
[20:54] <~Kroked> "Here it is, the antidote"
[20:54] * Luna gulps loudly
[20:54] <Erina> "Luna, you trust me with this right?"
[20:54] <Luna> "...Sure"
[20:55] * Erina takes the needle from the granny
[20:55] <Erina> "Okay, uh Granny, where do I inject this?"
[20:57] <Luna> "And are you sure thats the right medcine?"
[20:57] <~Kroked> Erina: Nate and the granny give you a look and Nate takes the needle :I'll do it"
[20:57] <~Kroked> Granny nods "Of course, plenty of times our folk have been stung"
[20:58] <~Kroked> Luna: Nate needles ya right above your right boob
[20:59] <~Kroked> there is a sharp pain where he needles you, and you start too feel your boddy loosen up, and feel your ability to move slowly return
[21:00] <~Kroked> "Just tell me when you think you can stand again"
[21:00] <Luna> "..Owww"
[21:00] * Luna tries to kick her feet alittle
[21:01] <~Kroked> Luna: they hardly respond at first, but slowly begin to respond
[21:01] <Luna> "Well.. its working faster then i thought, but if its alright with you, can you carry me a while longer, or atleast find somewhere to lay me down?"
[21:03] <~Kroked> "Of course" nate says with a smile "Granny, do you have a place she can lay down until the antidote does it's work?" The granny nods "Of course, you can Use the Hunter's old hut, over there" she points to a hut a little bigger than the others
[21:03] <~Kroked> Nate nods and heads on over
[21:03] * Erina follows closely behind.
[21:04] <~Kroked> the hut is very spacious and open with a small window, there is a nice sized bed covered in animal skins, with a large chest next to it. Nate set's Luna carefully on the bed
[21:05] * Erina leans Anima against a wall.
[21:05] <~Kroked> you do so
[21:05] <Luna> "Thats much better, thanks for carrying me all that way nate.."
[21:05] <Erina> "This is a nice little village."
[21:07] <Erina> "So.....What do we do from here Nate?"
[21:08] <Luna> "Ya? The sucubi were already dead when i got there... and we killed all the spiders, least i think so. What now?"
[21:08] <~Kroked> "Now? Up to you. I just needed to make sure you survived the jungle and saved the village now... it's up to you. if you wanted, you could just stay here, sounds like they need a new hunter"
[21:09] <Erina> "We can't. We gotta go find the others."
[21:09] <Luna> "...What about our friends, we still have to get off this rock and find them"
[21:09] <Luna> "You said we would find a way, wheres that way?"
[21:10] <~Kroked> Nate sighs "You guys sure? That path... is a hard one. and if you take it, you can't turn back, even if you want to"
[21:10] <Erina> "We can handle it."
[21:10] <Luna> "Were not just staying on this stupid rock, as nice as that does sound... we have to find remi and violet.'
[21:11] <Erina> "And um....."
[21:11] <~Kroked> Nate smirks "Yeah, i kinda thought you two would say that. They're all here, on this planet, all of them except remiel, and she'll get here soon enough"
[21:12] <Erina> ".....Wait....."
[21:12] * Luna lets out a sigh of relief
[21:12] <Erina> "I thought you said they were really far away!"
[21:13] <~Kroked> "Far away relative to your current position on this planet"
[21:13] <Luna> "Well this is easier then searching the whole universe i guess"
[21:14] <Erina> So, we just need to search the whole planet to find them."
[21:14] <Luna> "Its better then the alternative, just point us the right way"
[21:16] <~Kroked> "Im bad at directions"
[21:16] <~Kroked> "Remember?"
[21:16] <~Kroked> "Just go where your feet take you, it's more fun that way"
[21:17] <Erina> "That's what we usually do anyway."
[21:17] <Luna> "We would really like to find them sometime this century.. Do you atleast know where the desert is violet is in?"
[21:18] <~Kroked> "Luna, the image I showed you was from 4 years ago"
[21:18] <~Kroked> "She might not even be in the desert anymore"
[21:18] <Luna> "Its a place to start atleast"
[21:19] <Erina> "We could look around for leads on where the gypsies are. Maybe they passed through here before."
[21:19] <~Kroked> Nate shrugs
[21:20] <~Kroked> "Well... I guess I better eb going than"
[21:20] <Luna> "...Thats a good idea Eri"
[21:20] <Luna> "Wait? Going?"
[21:20] <Erina> "You're leaving?!"
[21:20] <~Kroked> "You guys are safe now, you don't need me anymore"
[21:20] <~Kroked> Nate gives a sad sort of smile
[21:21] <Luna> "Whats the harm with sticking around with us? Im not that mean to ya am i..."
[21:22] <Erina> "It hasn't even been a day...."
[21:23] <~Kroked> "No it's not that it's just... " Nate sighs "It's best I not get to attached, if there's no reason for me to stay, staying will only make it harder to leave. It's easier for all of us this way"
[21:23] <Luna> "Damnit what did i tell ya last time?! Thats no way to go about living.."
[21:24] <~Kroked> Nate pats you on the head "Only way I know how"
[21:24] <Luna> "Well its time to learn a new one"
[21:25] * Erina watches the conversation go back and forth
[21:25] <~Kroked> "Old dogs can't learn new tricks"
[21:26] <Luna> "Sure they can, especialy when said dog can never get old!"
[21:28] <~Kroked> Nate actually chuckles at that one "Ok, I'll humour you. give me a reason I should stay"
[21:28] <Erina> "We'll miss you...."
[21:29] * Luna grabs nates shirt and speaks softly".....Please, i cant keep eri safe by myself..."
[21:30] <~Kroked> Nate looks away at that "You're stronger than you think Luna, and you have Gae Bolg now. Hell, you took out all those spiders without my help"
[21:31] * Luna still speaking softly "yet i wasnt able to do anything to the big one and i still ended up useless in the end... please dont go"
[21:32] <~Kroked> Nate hesitates
[21:33] <~Kroked> "I... guess... I could stay a few more days" he says hesitantly
[21:33] * Luna silently nods a few times
[21:35] <Erina> "That's great!"
[21:36] <Erina> "So, it's getting late. Should we head out tomorrow?"
[21:37] <Luna> "..Its still kinda hard for me to move.. so thats prolly for the best."
[21:38] <~Kroked> Nate nods "Yeah, that's for the best, I'll go talk to the granny about it"
[21:38] <Luna> "Just no running away during the night or anything.. got it?"
[21:39] <~Kroked> Nate kinda... pauses for a moment "..right, of course not" and than heads out the door
[21:39] <Luna> "Eri.. follow him and make sure he doesnt take off alright?"
[21:40] <Erina> "Thanks Luna....whatever you sai- oh? Gotcha."
[21:40] <Erina> "Will you be alright alone?"
[21:40] <Luna> "Ya ill be fine"
[21:41] * Erina slips out the door and attempts to follow Nate sneakily
[21:41] <~Kroked> it turns out not to be hard, Nate doesnt seem to be a very attentive person
[21:43] <~Kroked> he has a word with the granny, in which she grants you all permission to stay in the Hunters hut. after the granny wanders off, he kinda, sighs, and looks at the sky for a moment before pulling something out of his jacket and looking at it, before putting it away
[21:43] <~Kroked> he than begins to head towards the Jungle
[21:43] * Erina sprints up to him.
[21:44] <Erina> "Waaaaaaaiiiiiiiiit."
[21:44] <~Kroked> he freezes
[21:44] <~Kroked> "...i should've guessed"
[21:44] <Erina> "I thought you said you'd stay..."
[21:46] <~Kroked> "I did but..." he suddenly brightens up "...I was just going out to check the area is all, scout around, make sure no spiders got away or anything"
[21:46] <Erina> "You really need to leave...huh?"
[21:47] <~Kroked> "..." Nate sighs "It's... not that I /need/ to. I don't... not really"
[21:47] <~Kroked> "Being around people is... hard"
[21:49] * Erina turns around before speaking again, voice slightly cracking, "I'll tell Luna I lost track of you. If you want to stay......you know where we'll be till tomorrow."
[21:49] <~Kroked> "I..."
[21:50] <~Kroked> Nate shakes his head, and without another word, heads into the jungle
[21:50] * Erina waits for a bit before making her way back to the hut.
[21:51] * Erina takes a minute to compose herself before walking in again.
[21:52] <Erina> "I....lost track of him....."
[21:52] <Luna> "..."
[21:53] * Luna struggles to sit up and at the top of her lungs yells "NATE YOU GOD DAMN COWARD!!"
[21:54] * Luna tears start pouring from her eyes
[21:55] <Luna> "Hes doing.. it again Eri.. this isnt fair.."
[21:55] * Erina makes her way over to Luna tears coming back to her eyes. "C'mon Luna......it's gonna be okay..."
[21:57] <Erina> "I-I'm sure he has his reasons...."
[21:59] * Luna still sobbing "..Hes doing it because hes scared"
[22:02] <Luna> "Its a long story that i promised not to tell.. just know hes been through alot and he thinks the best solution to it all is just go it alone.."
[22:02] <Luna> "Thats no way to live eri.."
[22:03] * Erina pulls Luna into a comforting hug, "Just let it all out....Once you can move again we can go look for him.....Even if it takes all night."
[22:05] * Luna tears starting up again in force "Even if i could move fine right now, im in no condition to fight... and that idiot is prolly long gone by now...."
[22:06] <Erina> "Then we can leave right now. I'll carry and protect you."
[22:08] * Luna suddenly jerks, tears slowing "..Thats right, you can fly! If your alright with it... please lets go.."
[22:09] * Erina runs over and attempts to strap Anima's sheath horizontally across her waist.
[22:09] <~Kroked> Erina: you do so
[22:10] * Erina picks up Luna and makes her way out of the hut before taking off into the air heading in the direction of the jungle.
[22:11] <~Kroked> you head out, it's a bit slow with Luna, but you are able to fly, how high do you fly? low to the ground, high through the tree's or above the canopy's?

[22:14] <~Kroked> you fy around through the jungle for a long time, searching everywhere you can, but Nate is nowhere to be found
[22:15] <Luna> "He went somewhere in this direction right?"
[22:15] <Erina> "I think so...."
[22:16] <Erina> "I'm not too sure."
[22:16] <Luna> (day/night by the way?)

[22:17] <Luna> "It wasnt too long ago, we should of caught up to him by now.."

[22:20] * Erina tries looking around with her soul vision
[22:20] <Luna> "Itll be dark soon.. if we look for light we should find him."

[22:21] * Erina continues to fly around looking intending to do so until Luna tells her to head back

[22:28] <~Kroked> you fly up through the tree's into, and above the canopies. the entire sea of green is laid out before you, and reclining on one of the branches, looking silently into the sky, is Nate

[22:31] <Erina> "Naaaaaaaaate!"
[22:31] <~Kroked> Nate doesn't move
[22:32] * Erina tries to land on the branch.
[22:32] <~Kroked> Erina: you do so, it's a fairly big one
[22:33] <~Kroked> Nate doesnt react
[22:33] * Luna wiggles out of Erinas arms and jumps on top of Nate
[22:33] * Erina gets ready in case they begin to fall
[22:33] <~Kroked> Nate doesn't react, his body completly limp and lifeless. Erina you notice now, that the soul is no longer there
[22:34] <~Kroked> in fact, it dissapeared on your way up
[22:34] * Luna pokes Nates face
[22:34] <Luna> "Let me guess.. he did that thing again?"
[22:34] <Erina> "He....He's not here anymore....."
[22:35] <Luna> "I guess we just wait for him to come back then"
[22:35] * Luna repositions herself to sit on top of nates chest
[22:36] <Erina> "Guess we're spending the night here then. Get some rest, I'll keep watch."
[22:36] <Luna> "Im alright, always been a light sleeper anyways"
[22:37] <~Kroked> you sit there for 4 hours, you both end up falling asleep

[22:43] <Luna> "So you wander into an unknown jungle and end up lost, yep thats the perfect place to think"

[22:45] <Luna> "Well its time for some new tricks"
[22:46] <~Kroked> Nate chuckles "I guess so, I don't think I can run from you."
[22:47] * Luna beaming a smile at Nate "Thats right, not getting rid of me that easily"
[22:48] <~Kroked> "Nat laughs than smiles sadly at the sky "You know... I don't think would've been able to actually bring myself to leave"
[22:48] <Luna> "Says the person thats who knows how many miles out into a jungle"
[22:49] <~Kroked> "I'd've found my way back eventually"
[22:50] <Luna> "Your sense of direction is worse than hers, knowing that you would of prolly ended up in some other universe by morning"
[22:51] <~Kroked> Nate laughs "Nah, I may have bad direction, but I have a knack for finding the people I care about"
[22:51] <~Kroked> "When I first left the hut, i was going to leave, but... I dunno I think I'm already too late"
[22:52] * Luna quickly looks away, slight blush creeping up her face "O-oh... good to know.."
[22:52] <~Kroked> "I've gotten attached"
[22:52] <Luna> "Well your stuck with us now, deal with it"
[22:52] <~Kroked> "Looks like Don'nt have much of a choice: he says with a laugh
[22:54] <Luna> "Good, now that we got that settled, im going back to sleep. Wake me up when the sun does."
[22:54] * Luna leans back into nate and shuts her eyes with a smile
