Fix unable to create error in iOS 10.2

1. Install "MTerminal" from Cydia.
2. Open "MTerminal" and write these cmds.
3. su
4. alpine
5. chmod 0777 /Applications/Cydia.app
6. chmod 0777 /usr
7. chmod 0777 /bin (Not needed but just to be safe).
8. reboot
9. Now Re-Install Cydia Substrate.
10. Respring.
11. Enjoy :)
