Yellow - Overload psychic abilities

Yellow clutched Pika’s Pokeball and healed all of the injuries. She then attached him the ball to her line, and swung it into position. As Pika left his ball storm clouds churned over the arena. Her mind reached out to Pika, and she gave him as much power as she possibly could. “Thunder!” she commanded. Pika waved his arm, and seconds later a massive lightning bolt struck down into the arena, completely enveloping both Venom and Gravvy. Venom left out a shriek as the electricity coursed through his body. Finally the bolt dissipated and Venom slumped slighty.

“You… fool...” he struggled to get out. “Electricity… doesn’t… ki-” his statement was cut short by Gravvy slamming his arms into Venom’s head, KOing him and cracking the floor beneath him.

Yellow touched down on the ground, glaring at the trainer. Her opponent however merely chuckled. “Well? Aren’t you going to go for the briefcase?” She felt like sleep would take her at any moment, but going for the briefcase did seem like the best way to end things. Her Pokemon helped her set up and climb the ladder, and soon the prize was in her hands. Opening it up she found a strange a strange orb, which when clutched gave her visions. Visions of horrible combat, of her friends being hurt, possible even killed. But beyond that she saw a peaceful Viridian Forest, free from any who might wish to harm it. She saw a happy life for her, her Pokemon, and the fellow Dexholders.

The orb was crushed as she fell to the ground unconscious. Whether it had been intentional or not, even the man watching couldn’t be sure.
