Do u hide PBN from competitors ?
So , when searching keyword data I stumbled up on sites which were in top 10 , and their PA and DA was 1, do they hide their PBN and so Moz or other tool can not assign them PA , DA , but in reality they have them ?

That means you should not buy from them and buy from ones who are reputed...go through their reviews ask them questions...

It's a good practice to hide SOME of your PBN domains from popular web scrappers.
If you hide 100% of your PBN you are going to leave a massive footprint.

True but we all know what happened to them, don't we?
Some of my PBN I work hard on to make it almost like a real site. Those I do not hide.
Others I dont put a lot of time and effort into making them look like a regular site those I do hide.
I think it really depends on what the seller is trying to sell to you. The links from the PBN will still need to be noticed by googlebots, but other bots from other crawling or link services are blocked, so that you cannot use the other tools to uncover these links. That help reduces the chances of someone reporting these links and having them flagged, but nonetheless, someone can still do a search on big-g to try uncover your links - less changes, but still possible.
