Infinite Ammo Glitch:
Allows infinite use of Cryo-Blast, the strongest ammo in the game, for the bazooka. It is as simple as equipping the ammo and it will not use up due to a bug in the game. If you get the Bazooka it comes with 10x Thunder Ball ammo which the weapon will automatically equip but if you had better ammo before getting the bazooka it will automatically equip the better one which would cause the bug to take effect without any action needed.

Carltron Cheese:
A small area at the top of the final arena becomes accessible after Carltron's Robot appears. It is hard to say if it's due to developer oversight or intended. The pipes appear a bit glitched but the movable area of the platform is clearly definited. It can be used to completely avoid all attacks of the boss since he can't move vertically and all his attacks are either explosions around him or bullets he can only direct below him.

Despite the name the category is not meant to only allow minor glitches. It was made to create a speedrun that is "glitchless" to preserve the nature and basic feeling of the game but still allowing certain glitches and skips that make the speedrun fluent and fun to execute. This means that glitches, skips and mechanics are not prohibited or permitted by definition but by impact on the run. The same glitch might be allowed to do one thing but not allowed anywhere else depending on what you can accomplish with it in certain situations.
