dialogue tpp with 84ms keyframe snapping this fixes many but maybe not all scenebleeds
(actually I ran 84ms with video kfs then found a few scenecuts that didn't have kfs and still bled so I generated a keyframes file with kagefunc and ran another 84ms snap with those kfs...)

restyled dialogue to be more similar but a little larger than motbob's (for (MTBB Style) track)
