So firstly, your terrain. I like the diversity of it - I like that you have a floating island, and you've also gone to the effort to show the missing ground it came from. You've also decorated the ground with some flowers and grass. I like it all a lot!

Secondly, organics. I can see you've spawned in a few trees on this plot - a spawned, bonemeal tree is instantly rejected on this server. The reason for this is because it's just too easy, and shows no creativity and skill at all.
Please, if you're going to feature trees on your plot, build them yourself.
The ones you have built are okay, but there's a few too many of them. I get the impression that it's supposed to be like a small house in a forest, maybe a sort of enchanted aspect to it as well. You could add to that, by making some crystals and pretty water areas/ponds to make it look magical :3

Lastly, your structure needs a bit of work. I think what's holding you back on this is the roof. I think the best kind of roof for you would be something along the lines of this:

It works with the shape and size of the house.
Also, full blocks, that are a different/contrasting colour and block to the wall type, is so much better than slab roofs! I don't think I'd ever recommend a slab roof, unless you wanted something oriental.
