- Great acting from the entire cast. The casting is amazing. The callbacks to the 80s/90s were perfect. peppered into the story and adding to it rather than being the point or distracting. The "old" actors reemergence and the current actors coming up are fabulous. The director of Huck was perfect can't wait to see more of him and Kat Foster is a Tsunami waiting to happen. The blondie. Gawd I hate that byacht. Well done. I'll drink artisan prison wine with Lucas any day.
- I noticed something as I was watching this that's rare lately... I have no clue what JCVD is going to do next much of the time... and it's refreshing.<br/><br/>JCVD here again poking at himself like in JCVD, stardom, this new slew of movies that want you to feel all super bad for ragingly successful superstars... and doing a rather good job of it. You can't even be sure you're at the same conclusions he is about culture, hollywood stardom, and life as you watch this... but you will find yourself thinking 'Nailed it' fairly often, and if it's not pointing out the boring repetitiveness of some of our current content I don't know what is.<br/><br/>Spoiler: The effing scenes with showering in coconut water are beyond hilarious and on point.<br/><br/>I'm not entirely sure the whole thing is consistent and going somewhere, but it has many points that make me hope it's going somewhere, and that in itself is good enough for me.
