  105. I took once classes related to my job. for 3 months.
  106. And spent 3 additional hours 3 times a week during this period - all after usual working hours.

  111. So, it's always depends. If it's for your personal development + it gives additional effort to work - then it's cool.
  112. But if it will corrupt current work - we should find some solution.
