Superman started climbing down into the vehicle, but it suddenly
took off with a jolt and swerved to the side, throwing him to the floor. As he
tumbled across the room into a pile of stuffed elephants, the silvery egg
zoomed off through the factory, heading toward the hole it had entered
through. But with its cannon tied into knots, it couldn’t blast a new exit
through the wall.
Like a rocket, Superman flew after the tank. SSSHHHHHWOOOOM!
Before the tank could escape from the building, he caught up with it,
grabbed the broken hatch he’d torn open, and ripped the vehicle in two,
bringing it to a halt and exposing the criminals inside. CRRRRRINKCH!
