DeuceCon Moments

I haven't really discussed it too much, (mainly because I left the day after to come back to work) but I have had some time to reflect on this year's DeuceCon. It was an amazing time, all the runners that attended were awesome, and they put on an amazing event that I was honored to host for a second time. Here is some highlights that really stick out in my mind from behind the scenes.

- Crak_Atak the philosopher
  I was in tears everyday as Crak drunkenly walked around my house spouting out these philosophical phrases he made up through out the week. One of my favorites is, "To learn to fuck, you must.... un-fuck."

- Drunk Neerrm
 I mean really, who is that guy?

- Philosoraptor's entrance
 Dude busts in the door of my house and just yells a quote from Grandma's Boy. "Alright you fucking nerds, who wants a shot at the champ!" Love the way he hit the ground running, awesome dude.

- Talking to Everhate about games
 Everhate camped out on the back deck or on the couch and he was an amazingly knowledgeable and humble guy. Was rad to talk games with him.

- The Cards Against Humanity / exploding Kittens games
 Every night we got drunk and played. It was pretty amazing and lots of good laughs. Neerrm and Ghoul were certainly the card masters

- The Star Song
 Not many people were around for this, but Deln, duckfist, and I drove to the liquor store one night to stock up on booze. We took duckfist's car and if you didn't know he is a fucking connoisseur of video game music. We are jamming out to a slick playlist he has and on the way back The Star Song from SML2 came on. Without missing a beat all three of us chimed in with the Controllerhead smash "It's the star song....... THE FUCKING STAR SONG."

- Mrs.Deuce being drunk af
 I believe people got to know her quite a bit better the first night haha

- Bich / Feralpigman's bromance
 It's a thing of beauty

- Slurpeeninja being smoooooooth
 We hung out after everyone else had left and went to UFO Arcade with Kenny. It was awesome and he taught me how to play beatmania. ROBIN'S GOT THE BALL

- Square_Wave being a vagabond at my house
 He basically hung out all weekend, never went home, partied his ass off, would play games all night / morning, and then take these epic naps just in time to wake up and start all over again. MVP performance

- Deln's first time shotgunning a beer
 God damn it that was an amazing night

I've missed plenty of moments, and I left some people out but everyone was killer this year and it was a lot of fun. These just stuck out in my mind immediately as I'm thinking about this and winging it. I'll discuss the runs and shit on my channel at some point. Stay cool
