 okay, when I try to start my shout irc bot, it says my license is invalid. But on the website under my account -> licenses, my license is listed as a basic lifetime type that has the green checkmark under status.

 I have also tried updating the bots several times but this didn't change anything

 it looks like you set off the IP filter, I don't know if your IP changes a lot
 it's there to check if people are running more than 1 copy of the bot on 1 license
