  1. >Be Aria Blaze
  2. >Or "Mommy" Aria you suppose
  3. >And you were worried about your son, Anon
  4. >For the past couple of weeks he's been coming home from school with this sad look on his face
  5. >He's coming through the front door now in fact
  6. >He looks sad, Adagio was just behind him and can't see his face
  7. >He always perks up when he sees Sonata or when Adagio is looking though
  8. >You constantly feel like you should ask him if he wants to talk, but you also feel like it isn't really your place
  9. >Sonata or Adagio should handle it
  10. >He'll come to you if he needs to
  11. >You hope
  12.
  13. >Be Kid Anon
  14. >It's been a few months since you've started school
  15. >You liked it for the most part, you teacher was very nice, and she taught you cool stuff!
  16. >But you also had a problem with it
  17. >A boy named Butch has been a big meanie to you, especially recently
  18. >Today he spat in your lunch while you were eating by the playground
  19. >Mommy Sonata made you your favorite sandwich today too...
  20. >It's nice to be home though
  21.
  22. >You walk to your room as soon as you walk through the front door, like you do everyday
  23. >You were just quietly laying in your bed, thinking
  24. >You want to talk to one of your moms... But they might over react...
  25. >Mommy Sonata would flip, and Adagio would tell you to man up or something...
  26. >You need someone who won't freak out....
  27. >But who?
  28.
  29. >Later that night
  30. >Be Motherly Figure Aria
  31. >You've just had dinner with everyone, and you've retired to your room to read
  32. >You were laying in your bed reading one of your favorite novels, Swords and Shields
  33. >It was a series written by some short explorer, it was an outrageously good romantic novel
  34. >But a knock at your door has taken your attention away from your book
  35. >"Mommy Aria..?"
  36. >Huh, it was Anon
  37. >You put your book down on your nightstand
  38. "Come in"
  39. >He cracks open the door and shuffles inside the room
  40. >He has his hands behind his back and looks down awkwardly
  41. >"Can I talk to you about something, Mommy?"
  42. >Well, this was a first
  43. >You sit up and pat the spot next to you for him to sit
  44.
  45. >Be Kid Anon
  46. >You decided to ask Mommy Aria for advice
  47. >She sat you down on her bed and asked you what was wrong
  48. >You were still a little embarrassed and scared to ask
  49. >You'll just have to flat out say it
  50. "Mommy Aria, theres a meanie bullying me... I don't know what to do..."
  51. >You suddenly feel an arm wrap around you, and you are pulled into a warm hug
  52. >You didn't expect a hug, but you return it gratefully
  53. >"Haha, is that it?"
  54. >You were a little confused by her response
  55. "Yes, thats it!"
  56. >She brings a hand to her mouth to contain a giggle
  57. >You felt a little frustrated and try to wiggle out of the hug, but she was holding you tight
  58. "Mom, can you help me please?"
  59. >Mommy Aria was humming in thought
  60. >"I don't know... I thought you were big and strong now? You don't need me..."
  61. >That's... No she has to help you!
  62. "Please Mommy Aria, help me!"
  63. >This causes another laugh from your mother
  64. >"Okay, Okay"
  65. >She releases her grip from you but holds onto your shoulders
  66. >"Who is bullying you, Anon?"
  67. "A kid named Butch..."
  68. >She brings a hand to her chin in thought
  69. >"Okay, I think I have a plan to help you, Anon. But you have to listen to what I say, ok?"
  70. >You want to trust her, she is the only one who may be able to help you
  71. "Okay, I'll listen I promise!"
  72. >Mommy Aria starts laughing again
  73.
  74. >The next week
  75. >You were playing on the playground before school, like you normally do
  76. >You were sitting on one of the swings
  77. >Then Butch walks up to you, also what usually happens
  78. >He pushes you off and takes it for himself, while laughing
  79. >All what usually happens
  80. >The bell rings
  81. >You go to class, along with the rest of the students
  82. >All usual here
  83. >As soon as you walk in though, it isn't so usual anymore
  84. >Instead of old Mrs. Cheerilee standing by the chalk board waiting for the class, it was someone else
  85. >Your Mommy Aria
  86. >The rest of the class looks surprised, but you just have a huge smile on your face as you find your seat
  87. >She looks at the class with the biggest, blankest look you have ever seen
  88. >She had a button up light green long-sleeve shirt on with the sleeves rolled up, complemented with a tie
  89. >And she had librarian glasses on
  90. >She was so funny looking!
  91.
  92. >She addresses the class
  93. >"Okay class, Mrs. Cheerilee is mysteriously out sick today, I'm going to be your substitute teacher today."
  94. >You do your best not to laugh out loud, but it's really hard
  95. >You just lay your head down
  96. >"Today we will go over *proper* classroom behavior"
  97. >The entire class looks forward, dead serious, while you were trying your best not to laugh your butt off
  98. >"Im going to need a volunteer..."
  99. >A noticeable lack of hands are raised
  100. >Instead of waiting, Mommy Aria just points to Butch
  101. >"You there! Come forward!"
  102.
  103. >Butch looks around confusedly but realizes she was pointing at him
  104. >He nervously stands and walks to the front of the class, standing next to Mommy Aria
  105. >As soon as he is within her reach, Aria puts her hand on his shoulder
  106. >Butch jumps as he feels the contact
  107. >She looks scary...
  108. >She gives a little laugh before speaking
  109. >"Butch... Have you ever heard of the golden rule?"
  110. >Butch looks like he's about to pee his pants
  111. >"N-no...?"
  112. >Your uncontrollable giggling has earned you a few glances from your classmates
  113. >Mommy Aria moves to the other side of Butch, running her hand between his shoulders
  114. >You can see him shiver
  115. >"It's a rule we should all know, right class?"
  116. >The rest of the class looks to the front nervously before whispering
  117. >"Treat others the way you want to be treated..."
  118. >They all said it in unison
  119. >Satisfied, Aria speaks to Butch again
  120. >"You follow that rule, right Butch?"
  121. >He tries to bluff
  122. >"Y-yeah..."
  123. >Mommy Aria seems satisfied with the answer
  124.
  125. >After making Butch sufficiently uncomfortable, Mommy Aria sends him back to his seat
  126. >She explains a whole bunch of other classroom rules and the rest of the day goes by pretty normally
  127. >Mommy Aria taught you all how to make paper airplanes and snowflakes!
  128. >Butch doesn't bother you at lunch, or out on the playground
  129. >Mommy must've scared him!
  130. >You were relieved, being bullied sucks!
  131. >School ends with a lot more comfort, and you meet up with Mommy Aria and head home with her
  132.
  133. >During the car ride, like a lot of your time spent with her, she doesn't say much
  134. >She just plays some music on the radio
  135. >But as you near your neighbor hood, she lowers the volume
  136. >She pulls onto your street before asking you something
  137. >"Did Butch bother you today?"
  138. >You smiled and responded happily
  139. "No, he didn't! You really scared him, I didn't know you could be so scary!"
  140. >This puts a smile on your mom's face, and she pulls into the driveway
  141. >"That's good...Little punk should know better than to mess with me."
  142. >You don't know what she means by that, but you smile and nod in agreement
  143.
  144. >As you get out of the car a thought crosses your mind
  145. "Hey Mommy Aria? What happened to Mrs. Cheerilee?"
  146. >She chuckles a little bit before walking to the door with you
  147. >"Well I wasn't lying, she WAS pretty sick."
  148.
  149. >...
  150. >Be Mrs. Cheerilee
  151. >And you were NOT feeling well...
  152. >Anon and his young mother had invited you out to dinner with them the other day
  153. >He was so sweet, of course you said yes
  154. >He and his mother had taken you to a nice restaurant, but you think something had been wrong with the food
  155. >You've felt sick ever since then, you've had to call in sick for multiple days
  156. >Right now you were keeled over your toilet
  157. >You've already thrown up twice today
  158. >Maybe you should go see a doctor...
  159. >*Phhhhhhherpt*
  160. >And you had extremely bad gas
  161. >It was horrible
  162. >...
  163.
  164. >Be kid Anon again
  165. >Mommy Aria had that smirk on her face again
  166. >She scares you sometimes but you love her just as much as your other mommies
  167. >You walk into your home and your Mommies Adagio and Sonata are there to greet you
  168. >...
  169. >They look mad
  170. >Mommy Adagio speaks up angrily
  171. >"We know where you were, Aria."
  172. >Uh oh
  173. >Mommy is in trouble
  174.
  175. >Later
  176. >Your mommies told you to go to your room while they talked about Mommy Aria's "Activities"
  177. >They don't sound like they're talking though... Theres a lot of yelling...
  178. >Was this your fault? You didn't want Mommy Aria to get in trouble!
  179. >Maybe you should go apologize...
  180. >You slowly creak open your door and poke your head outside
  181. >You can hear the yelling echoing through the hall
  182. >You slowly shuffle down the small corridor, towards the living room
  183. >They sounded angry...
  184.
  185. >"-mean by that!? What would have you done that would have been any better?!"
  186. >That sounded like Mommy Aria...
  187. >"Anon shouldn't be coddled like this by you two! He needs to learn how to fight his own battles!"
  188. >Thats Mommy Adagio...
  189. >Adagio and Aria were standing and looking at each other angrily
  190. >"I can't believe my baby was being bullied... Why didn't he tell me?"
  191. >And Mommy Sonata was there too... Sitting on the couch
  192. >She looked so sad...
  193. >Was this all happening because of you?
  194. >You have to make it stop!
  195.
  196. >You boldly walk into the room, ready to accept your punishment
  197. >You expected it to be very loud, but as soon as you went in the room it was silent...
  198. >Weren't they angry with you?
  199. "W-what's going on?"
  200. >All eyes were on you
  201. >It was so quiet...
  202. >"Anon what are you doing in here? You're supposed to be in your room."
  203. >Mommy Aria walked over and kneeled beside you
  204. >She had a very serious look on her face
  205. >It made you uncomfortable...
  206. >"You should go back okay? Everything is alright."
  207. >Aren't they supposed to be mad at you?
  208. "Am I in trouble...?"
  209. >Mommy Sonata was next to come down and over to you
  210. >She gets rid of her gloomy look
  211. >She hugs you tightly
  212. >"Of course not honey, it's just your mommies having a little disagreement, that's all."
  213. "Oh..."
  214.
  215. >Mommy Adagio sighs, but walks over to you with a smile on her face
  216. >"Yes, we were. And we're done now."
  217. >She puts a hand on your head and runs it through your hair
  218. >"How late is it? Let's make some dinner, how does macaroni and cheese sound?"
  219. >You were pretty hungry
  220. "Okay!"
  221.
  222. >Later that night
  223. >You just got into your pajamas and were snuggled into your bed
  224. >You were happy that your mommies weren't mad at you
  225. >But they get mad too often...
  226. >You hope they stop
  227. >You are startled a little bit when you hear your door creak open
  228. >"Hey, Anon... You awake?"
  229. >It was your mommy Aria
  230. "Y-yes!"
  231. >"Okay, good."
  232. >She walks over to you and sits on your bed
  233. >She looks at you and thinks for a minute
  234. >You don't recognize the look she's giving you, it's strange
  235. >"I just wanted you to know, that none of what happened today was your fault. Okay?"
  236. >Was it? You still weren't sure...
  237. >Was this all she wanted to tell you?
  238. "Okay...?"
  239. >"Don't be put off by how much we argue, or whatever happens between us. We've just known each other for a very long time"
  240. >This answer made you curious
  241. "How long?"
  242. >She looks into your eyes, she looks sad
  243. >"A very, very long time."
  244. >Well that didn't answer your question
  245. >Maybe she doesn't want to talk about it?
  246. >You don't like to talk about things sometimes too
  247. "Okay mommy"
  248. >She seems happier at least
  249. >"Come'er, you little brat..."
  250. >She pulls you into a tight hug, and you gladly return it
  251. >You still haven't thanked her for today
  252. >Maybe you should
  253. "Hey Mommy? Thank you for helping me today, even though Adagio and Sonata were mad at you..."
  254. >She pulls you tighter
  255. >"It's alright. I'd do it again."
  256. >She gives you a smirk and chuckles a little
  257. >The embrace lasts a few more moments, before she slowly leaves your grasp
  258. >"Goodnight, Anon"
  259. "Goodnight Mommy"
  260. >She was about to get up but she hesitates
  261. >She looks at you, before quickly giving you a peck on the forehead with her lips
  262. >She then calmly leaves the room
  263. >That was weird
  264.
  265. >Finally you snuggle back into your blankets
  266. >Think a little about the events that have happened today
  267. >The thoughts soon grow hazy as you drift away, into slumber
