<Clara>: [So, last time on the s-men chronicles: Just as one father returned, the news of another's departure has hit. Gwydion has been given the belated news of his father's death, held from him by Theo long before he 'died'. Gwydion has gone off after the news, as well as after teaching the lying lizard a lesson.]
<Clara>: [Clara, after finding the news of the tragedy and treachery, has gone off in search of Gwydion. This is where we set our scene]
<Gwys>: so hab should hab it up?]
<JohnQulnt>: I'ma leave you guys alone, but if you need me, I'll be at the shack]
<Clara>: [as I recall I sorta went off leaving him behind in the shack]

<Clara>: [so, set up where we are and whats going down, mix master g]
<Gwys>: i dunno where was clara last?]
<Clara>: [she went off to find him, then the scene ended]
Gwys is in his room, hugging nuzzie and staring at the wall intently
Clara finally finds his room, strange how she didn't look here first. She knocks on the door, a worried expression on her face
<Clara>: "Gwyd...?"
Gwys is silent, nuzzie looks uncomfortable
<Clara>: "Gwyd... are you in there? Please answer"
<Gwys>: "Im in here.."
Gwys is wondering where dobby is
<Clara>: "Can I come in?"
<Gwys>: Yeah
Clara opens the door, stepping in and looking at him
<Clara>: [whats he lookin like right now?]
Gwys is sad and staring at a wall cuddling an uncomfortable micropachycephalosaurus
Gwys does not look great but you just saw him like ten minutes ago
Clara walks over to him, sitting on the bed beside him
<Clara>: "Listen... I'm so sorry about all of this"
<Skyler>: [dobby? you mean dibbles?]
<Gwys>: "Its not your fault, you didnt this."
<Gwys>: dobby, dibbles, denmark, donnie]
<Skyler>: [he can be there if you want, but he's probably not the best to talk about when it comes to parents]
<Clara>: "I know what you're going through... actually this might even be worse."
<Clara>: "This isn't something that should have been kept from you..."
<Gwys>: eh just givin you the option, its your room and everything...is it? Do you live at the school still?]
Clara tries to give gwyd a hug
Gwys is accepts hug
<Skyler>: man I don't even know he just goes wherever it's plot-convenient]
<Gwys>: it is odd that a 8 yr old sleeps in the room with someone twice his age, but on the other hand wizads]
<Gwys>: "Clara I... looked up his date of death"
<Clara>: "...when was it?"
<Skyler>: it's worth mentioning he's been putting some old godzilla posters up from hab, and music posters from reverb, as well as a sheet of paper containing a picture reverb drew of him and Nox]
Clara is scared of the answer
<Gwys>: "It was the same time I had to go away, I cant know for sure but I caused this. I killed my dad"
<Gwys>: You never put up my posters..]

<Clara>: "No... there's no way"
<Skyler>: he will if you give him some!]
<Gwys>: "Clara Im not a genius, like /you/"
<Clara>: "You couldn't have... you're not a killer. You're Gwydion, the nicest guy around here"
<Gwys>: "But I know how to use a calander"
<Gwys>: I did dude, remember when gt subbed for art?[
<Gwys>: I made a poster for everyone]
<Skyler>: no, I don't. I aame this happened when I wasn't online]
<Clara>: "It... please don't blame yourself for this... whatever happened it wasn't under your control"
<Gwys>: Im 40% sure you were there. On the otherhand im rpin, mainchat later we can talk]
<Skyler>: right, right]
<Clara>: "It has to be that...'game'..."
Clara looks dismayed at the thought
<Gwys>: "I did it clara, and im never going to see him again. I havent seen him in years but it didnt bug me"
<Clara>: "No you didn't! Don't say that! Please..."
Clara hugs him tighter
<Gwys>: "But now its like, i just dont know what to do. Hes been gone for years and i"
Gwys hugs clara and starts to cry
Clara cries with him
<Clara>: "I'm sorry gwyd... oh god this..." she can barely say, caught up in the sobbing.
Gwys just keeps crying, as nuzzie has no idea what the god hell is going on hes trapped in the middle of a feel sandwich
<Clara>: [>oh god what is happening even >why is master crying >jesus are those g's >I wish I was sleeping in the backpack >these feels are too heavy >bark]
<Gwys>: pfffffffrhahaa]
<Clara>: "Gwyd I... I don't know what to do..."
<Clara>: "It kills me to see you like this, and I know what you're feeling right now"
<Gwys>: "Im sorry clara, I dont know what to do either. Also I think I hate mr hondo..."
Gwys is still heavily crying. Nuzzie is still what the fucking even is going on'in
<Clara>: "I... I don't know why he kept that from you. He was a coward, but there's no excuse for keeping this from you"
<Clara>: "You deserved to know long before you even met Theo"
<Clara>: "But... we'll figure this out"
Clara kisses Gwyd
Gwys kisses clara. Nuzzie finally squirms his way out, and goes to eat all the files in habs cabinets


<Donnie>: "Uh... Gwyd? Have you been crying?"
<Gwys>: "Yes donnie I have, but uh how have you been? It feels like I havent seen you in a long time"
<Donnie>: "Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I've just kinda been up to the usual stuff, I think our schedules have just been wonky lately."
<Gwys>: "Yeah that must be it...hows umbra have you learned any new tricks?"
<Donnie>: "Not really. We've gotten really good at the ones you've taught us now. I can fly around on Umbra now, and I can put the armor over my whole body now. I usually just do my hands though because it gets kinda tiring."
<Donnie>: -More importantly, he can do all of this without calling his attacks.-
<Donnie>: "Oh yeah! I'm like, /super/ stealthy now!"
Gwys wipes some stuff off his face. "Thats great bro, now dont go upstaging the rest of the team youre a big time superhero "
<Donnie>: "Heheh. I still can't bend reality like my mom though, so it's fine."
<Gwys>: "Hehe"
Gwys tussles the little kids hair, it is mandatory at least once a day to rustle his head.
<Gwys>: "Youre a good kid, take care of your mother donnie she loves you a lot."
Donnie wouldn't have his perfectly maintained hairstyle without daily tusslings
Donnie senses a bit of importance behind that statement
<Donnie>: "I guess. She's mainly the one taking care of me."
<Gwys>: "Oh you do a lot donnie, you wash dishes and beat up escaped cons. Dont sell yourself short. He really loves you, and appreciates what a wonderful kid you are. Just keep it up for her"
Donnie laws down in his bed to contemplate that statement
Gwys goes over to his desk to do some work, then promptly gets up
<Donnie>: "Something up?"
<Gwys>: "Donnie ya wanna have some fun?Maybe burgers, the arcade, icecream or disneyland? If ya want"
<Donnie>: "Oh. Uh, sure!"
Gwys grabs his jacket, Ill race you to the car (mark summoned and never touched again)
<Gwys>: forgot quote marks]
<Donnie>: "Hahah! You're on!"
<Gwys>: And they both had a nice day and were only attacked by a killer robot this time. Exuent?
<Donnie>: sure
<Gwys>: cool
<Gwys>: maybe we can do it at some point but it is late'
