A lot of time has gone by.  Almost 2 weeks have gone by since my ban, and I feel I should be unbanned.

I do not hack and did not lie about schem files.  All of my builds are done by me, and I save all of my builds as trophies of my acomplishments.  I personally offered to go through every single schematic with staff and show them what I had, and they said no, to not show them.  I also do not hack.  I explained myself and how I could tell vanished players teleporting to me, which to my knowledge was the main suspicion which lead staff to screenshare me.

Staff disrespect was also included in my ban reason.  I did disrespect staff and have nothing to say against it.  My only thing is that I was not aware I would be punished for my actions over skype in chat.  If I was aware, I would not have said anything I said.  As I said earlier, I do apologize for what I said.

I also feel it was unfair I was banned for Refusing to screenshare.  Screensharing is a common practice which I am extremely knowledgeable on.  For someone with great skill and practice at screensharing, it would take around half an hour to find anything to give sufficient evidence which can lead to a punishment.  It took more than an hour to do some basic screensharing.  The worst which was found was a deleted 1.10 xray, which is not compatible with Cities.  There is no outstanding or substancial information which could prove any suspisions of staff.  My history is my history with my data, with private information, personal details and other things, and I feel my privacy was violated that night, as well as my time was wasted on a school night.

I feel I have served enough time for whatever has happened, and hope I can come back to Mc Cities as a great and positive player.


Here, I will be giving my responses to what Coban has said.

There is no rule stating I must screenshare, inferring to a player that they will not get in trouble since it is not a rule.  That is what it means to me.  Staff in multiple real life situations cannot punish others for things not in official rule books or rules that are made separately and the student agrees on.  But regardless I don't know how I refused to screenshare when I was on skype for more than an hour whilst staff guided me through several folders, files, and such.  Staff should of been able to tell if I was guilty or not in less then an hour.

Wrong.  In the terms of service on the website you are owner of, it states "You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws."  As owner and as a member, you agree to the terms, meaning you cannot do those things.

Never said I had issues with screensharing, as I am knowledgeable on how to do that.  As I said, I was doing other things.  And about my bin, I stated clearly that I was planning on making a folder with Trump pictures, but deleted them.  Furthermore,  I have an application installed which allows my computer's trash bin, cache files and other such useless data to be cleared.

Correct, everything on the website is subject to change.  But one cannot be held accountable if they break a rule BEFORE the rule is added or made public.  Meaning if I did not break a specific rule at the time of my ban but has been changed and is now a rule, I cannot be held accountable for my actions.

I would have liked for you to step in, speak to me and ask me or tell me to stop doing certain things and clarify.  About the apology, I don't know what else you would want.  If you want a specific thing please do make yourself clear, but keeping in mind this is the internet, there is not much which can be done.

I treat others with respect.  Unfortunately due to conflicts, I have issues with some of the staff members.  I also do not take your decisions as any more then what they are.  Your staff multiple times state they do not like me, hate me, despise me, and want me gone from multiple people.  I do not have proof presentable right now, as I did not collect it but there are multiple instances of your staff disrespecting me behind my back
