Hi,

It has been a stressful 24 hours, both for the staff team and the community as a whole. I'm writing this message to explain the situation to the community as a whole. Out of respect for the other people in the situation, no names will be mentioned other than my own.

On Wednesday at approximately 9:00 PM GMT one of our senior staff threatened to leave and attempted to take members with him, he made this decision due to my actions. A few hours before he threatened to leave I was involved in a situation in-game where I engaged upon him. I will take responsibility for firing at him when I could have roleplayed the situation and maybe handled it better. Due to the community's reaction to that situation, I felt it fair to resign from my position and hand over ownership to another senior staff member.

After that situation, our other developer decided to leave, without me or the other developer the community had no one who could keep the server functional. The staff who I left in-charge decided to resign from there positions and go and create another community (which I find amusing since they couldn't develop here). I have come back to explain the situation but am unsure whether I will take back control of the community, this is where your decision helps.

We currently have two options, I can come back and continue development of the Life Server or we can close down the Xposure Network Life Server. The decision is yours.

Whats left of the Senior Management Team are currently talking about what lies in the future of Xposure Network and we will keep you updated as much as we can.
