Planet Vegeta was an oddly Silent planet as Warriors from across the planet stood in formation. These were the new recruits to the Saiyan army. These individuals were to be the next generation of Fighters and in some cases protectors of this barren rock. Dante stood besides his brothers and sisters in arms. He had just finished going through the rigorous training to become bestowed the title of an Elite Saiyan Guard. Years had passed since he was placed into the academy. If you could call the cordoned off area they were constantly training in that. He had surpassed many of his Friends in his effort to become who he was now. In his journey he had grown from the wide eyed individual he once was to the silent almost brooding individual he was now. So as he looked out upon the barren wasteland that was his home. He couldn't help but smile at the thought of doing his duty whether it be protecting the king or wiping the enemies of the royal Family off the face of this planet. As the Class Commander came up in front of his peers. The man began to speak not of peace or war. He spoke of the challenges that these individuals would now take. With one motion the man ceased to speak and there before them stood the Royal Family. AS they approached Dante subconsciously sized each individual up. He could tell that each of them didnt need a guard. His one time friends seemed to notice as well and they commented on how easy the position of guarding them must be. AS they were dismissed and given there assignments Dante said good bye to them for the first time. Many were killed in action Some even crippled leaving them less of a Saiyan. He on the other hand was given the position he didn't wasn't at his graduation. He was Assigned along with one other to Guard the Royal Family. Over time he had stopped a few Tsujin from their assassination attempts But He always thought he could be doing more than be a Guardsman
