- I'm sure some people are wondering why I've been away and if this means I'm back.
- Towards the end of my last Spyro 3 grind, my hand was starting to bother me, which is explained below. After the 1545, I just stopped speedrunning altogether in the hopes that it would improve. Nothing really changed. I stayed away from Twitch knowing that, if I watched people run Sprash games, I would get sucked back in and I wasn't ready for that.
- Fast forward to prep for this year's 1545 when we were setting up teams. We were lacking in some submissions and I felt bad as the other organizers were pulling extra to make things work. I decided I would jump in to help out and so I'm now doing Crash 3. I figured this would be a good way to test my hand out and see how it does. I figured I would take things slow and primarily focus on consistency over speed. Yeah, nah.
- I really missed speedrunning, streaming, and especially shitposting in everyone's chats. If my hand holds, I really want to work on each game again in preparation for smashing my Sprashfecta time. Crash 3 was not my first choice for games to work on, but now that I'm playing it, I realize that I have a lot of potential to pb and really would like to see it happen. My order in mind right now would be: Crash 2, Spyro 2, Spyro 1, Crash 1. Crash 1 is a low priority since I'd like to get NTSC-J, but that means spending money on something that I may not be able to pursue because of my hand, so we'll see what happens.
- Whatever happens, right now I'm excited to be back and will likely be around in streams more often. I figured I'd spice this return up with a webcam. I really hope I can stick around and keep running.

- I am right-handed but it's my left hand that's bothering me. My pinky, ring finger, and my palm by that side have been tingling/slightly aching for well over a year now. Recently I had blood drawn, an x-ray, and a nerve test which all came back fine. They tested me for carpal tunnel syndrome as well, which doesn't look like the case either. After some research online, I found that it looks like it lines more up with cubital tunnel syndrome.
