I'm posting this on behalf of Monster's request to get more input from the admin team. I request that you read through this thread and give your input before simply saying no. I'd just like to have an opportunity to show that this could turn out to be a great addition to the server.







The Idea


The Federal Bureau of Investigation in the United States is a federal criminal investigative body. It focuses on major crimes and has fifty-six field offices across the country. One happens to be located in Los Angeles. My idea for starting up such a faction wouldn't be like the Law Enforcement Agencies currently on the server. The main purpose would be for investigations, like in real life. I don't want super agents driving around SUVs with thermal scoped M4A1s. I'd like to see actual investigations being built up on illegal factions and such and even in the end to shut them down. Now keep in mind I don't simply want to shut down a faction for the enjoyment of seeing someone's work go down the drain. Shutdowns would merely be for the factions that are sloppy and would force factions to portray realistic crime organizations. Most jail sentences would most likely be taken to court and result in CKs, depending on the crime. I don't want to see the faction get involved with petty crimes and what not. The simple rule would be, if you're not investigating a current case file, you're not on duty.


The Initiation


The bureau would be developed slowly and start off, and probably continue, with a small group of members. There would simply be two leaders and agents. The base members would most likely consist of admins and trusted veterans of the server. Me, if this passes, being the leader would conduct several training courses and ultimately an evaluation to see who's fit for the faction. The training to start such a faction would most likely last up to a week at the most and be in detail. Research and studying would of course be conducted by myself on the real life agency in order to uphold a high and realistic standard. After this a faction loan would be requested in order to purchase agency vehicles, a field office, and to finance wages.


The Final Product


If all goes according to plan the agency would grow to be a group of around ten to twenty trusted agents focusing on the investigation of high profile crimes and illegal factions. Not only this but to ensure that Los Santos takes a change from Iraqwood to a calm Idlewood. If such an agency was implemented I'm sure it would make a dent on the crime rate and make the server a lot more realistic. I would be as dedicated as I can to this idea and I will fight for this to be passed until I ultimately leave the server.
