When did you join ViperMC/ViperHCF
	Viperhcf was a server were i would play with friends when ever i was death banned on another hcf server, but a couple of maps ago Viper has been my number 1 hcf server to play on. I joined Viperhcf map around map 4 having so much fun.
How active are/were you:
	I am on daily, talking and playing with friends; Recently i have been playing up to 5 hours daily on Viper. I am really active, playing eight hours on weekends and three to five hours on week days.
Be honest, how do you think of yourself in the community? (Toxic, friendly, etc.):
	I think as myself as a friendly chill person who doesnt take this game seriously so there isnt a point were i would be toxic. I play this game to have fun and play with friends who dont care what you do in your personal life so i dont have time to go and be rude to others who are trying to enjoy their day. In all honestly i have been toxic here and there but there has been vaild reasons to why i was respomding in that way, the only time i might have been "toxic" when me and some good friends just make fun of each other but we never take it to heart. Overall im not a toxic player and who just wants to mind there own bussiness, so basically i classify myself as a friendly player in the HCF community.
Why would you like to apply for Viper:
	There is so many reason why i would like to apply to Viper one being that this server has always been in my eyes and i love the player who play on Viper, making the communtiy clean and respectful. I see people doing their job constantly, mods in teamspeak all the time doing the job, mod in chat helping people out, answering question, and muting those who disobey the rules. When ever a player needs help a staff member is right next to them helping them making the server better and making the players happy on ViperHCF.
	Another reason why I want to apply for Viper is because of all my previous server that i have been staff on such as the Koonkraft network, MonsterHub, and was a helper on desiredcraft. With my expreinces on servers with mod, i have learned how to deal with many types of people and problems; i can tell if someone is using anything to have an unfair advantage. Most importantly making the players happy is something i think it should come in mind while being a staff member. Koonkraft and Desiredcraft had uo to 500+ player on daily making the mods work under pressure but that didnt have any effect on me since I personally am good at working under pressure and kinda like it. When the staffs were all done with their jobs, support rooms empty with barely people playing on the server, we would talk to each other about the problems the players had just incase we did something wrong as a staff member such as false ban by any chance (we would also watch the recorded videos/proof of the ban for any mistakes).
	Players come in support rooms to get help faster instead of reporting it so as a staff member it would be my job to get them that help fast as possible. I am a very understanding and calm person so i can handle the problem calmly. Word like "Hey, how may i help you"/ "Hey how are you, how may i help you" can change the players day and i strongly incorporate those phrases when helping a player. I also dont play full screen/ window full screen, i play in regular minecraft resolution (when you first lunch minecraft) so this allow me to be able to see when people join teamspeaks and can effectivly answer to their problems. I know not the be rude to players on any network being that im a friendly person, if i need a higher up to assist me i would respectfully ask the player give me a moment and join the channel in which the higher up staff member is in, then wait and see if he is doing somethign important if not ask them kindly if they can assist me and the player who needs help.
	It has been about 4 months since I have been a staff member but the reason I am not staff right now is not because i was demoted, the servers ended up dying and the owner didnt pay any attention to the server because of his personal problems. Not being a staff makes me miss the old days helping people out and having fun in another way.
What would you do to benefit Viper and its Community:
	I would benefit the community in many ways, not every server is toxic free but im sure ill try my best to make the server close as possible to a toxic free server. I am really good in teamspeak and can quickly solve problems, making me effeicent. I know how teamspeak works and how to use it to its full potential, so this will allow me to be quick to ban or mute player who need these consequence in teamspeak.
	When people ask for help I think as it as being me who needs help so i tend to respond fast as possible, i mean who would want to stay and wait for help instead of playing and enjoying the server. With this attitude, the player will leave with a smile after assitance. I am very positive, and am not shy so communication isnt even theslightest trouble for me. Greating players is also a key factor in being a staff member, this will allow the player to know there is a moderator online who can assist.
	While doing my job i would be watching alerts for most of the time, for people who might be hacking, flying, using xray or any thing else that isnt allowed in the rules. Watching people as they set off alert i would record for anything that they cam get banned for so i can go on and help others. Somethings like Death Threat to something like disrespect to members or staff is something i would keep an eye on aswell.  Dosing threats are usally a permanent ban or maybe a longer ban then usual, Dox threats are a temp ban most of the time. Kicking an member and killing is an tempban for 3 days.
	I am very trustworthy and can respond to player who need help in chat in full sentences. This would allow the player from not being confused and asking further question to having fun and going on. Question can be such as coords to an certain area/place, things in spawn, rules, and how to use a cammand or item in the right way.
For Example:
	"Where is a certain koth is located"
		"The coords are -500, -500, you can also use /help for coords :)"
	"How does claiming work"
		"/f claim a wand/hoe will appear then right click a block where you want a corner of you claim to be then left click another block or another corner, finally shift and left click the air"
	These question are an example of what the players might ask in chat, of course there will be more question then the ones i listed but im ready for any question that i can answer if i cant i will simply ask some other staff member.
	I am really skilled in pvp so when i comes to Knockback or reach of an player i can tell if they are using anything, if they look like they are cheating i will freeze them and call them into teamspeak. Screensharing is where im good at hiding clients and other things is something i have found before so i would be decent in screensharing. I will follow instruction of the screensharing format to get a full screen share on the person.
	I will be really active on the website commenting on the questions the player submit to looking at reports, i would reply to the comment and say the reason why they player is hacing or isnt hacking, or maybe if they didnt have good proof. I know many cammands which a staff member is allowed to use suck as:
/kick (player) [reason]
/tban (player) [reason] {time}
/v
/freeze [player]
/staff
/warn {player} [reason]
I know much more cammands, but its too long to list.
Are you active/will you be active if you're accepted?:
	I am really active constantly have the pc on right next to me most of the time being that im in my room all the time. If i go AFK i saty in teampseak with AFK after my name to let others know im AFK. When AFK I try to come back to check incase of a problem suck as a poke fomr a higher up or other mods. I have skype and other social media app that i am willing to give to other staff member incase if they need me. If im not able to make it at that time i will respond and let them know when i can make it and make sur to appoligize.
	If i were to be accepted, my first priority will be to get on ViperHCf to make sure everything is okay and fine, then i will great people to let them know im on. I can get on almost daily on weekdays for 3-5 hours and on weekends i player 8+ hours. Being this active i do take breaks to eat and do some chores, then get back on to help players.
What will you do to improve the community:
	There is many ways i will improve the community, first i will make sure i look at the forums and be active on there answering and looking at reports/appeals and maybe replying to them letting them know what should be fixed.
	Secondly I would look in chat for any question that need to be answered, and make sure to address that im free to answer questions. While doing that i would be looking for people in support room that need assistance form a staff. While waiting for people to come into support rooms, i will answer questions and make sure everyone is following rules and respecting each other. Then i would see if another staff member needs assistance or anything similar such as screensharing or just simply sit in the channel and help the player out ith the other staff member.
Can you record?: Yes i am able to record i get up to 150+ fps in hcf bases and 250+ fps in practice servers. So basically i can record the proof of the players not following the rules.

No, I have never been banned on ViperHcf.
Tell us a little bit about yourself:
	My minecraft name is svh, i am a 17 year old male who live in Texas/ Central time zone. I have been mod on many servers and am well expreienced in the HCF community. I am a very friendly person who doesnt take this game way too seriously. I work really good under pressure and know how to solve problems quickly. I can muilty tasks and am overall very fit for this job. I am Insanley active, I am friends with almost every staff on the ViperHCF community and usually i stay in teamspeak with the mods and see how they work. Learning how ViperHCF helps there players and deal with problems. Overall i think i would be a great person to giv e a chance to.
