- did i consume calories/protein in line with the guidelines i set for myself? [on pause]

- did i avoid candy/ice cream/soda? [for while i'm at home with family]
- did i drink 8 glasses of water?
- did i put everything on the sheet the day of?
- every time i thought, "this is bad behavior but it's technically not against the rules," did i adjust the rules? (instead of trying to skirt around the rules)
- did i obey rules that don't have a row on this sheet?

- did i leave my website blocker in place and not attempt to circumvent it?

- did i nap during blocker time? (highly likely to remove this one as my productivity gets better, it was relevant at the time)
- did i post to my blog?
- did i make zero purchases of food or water, except as outlined in my rules?
- did i make zero purchases without explicitly what i'm purchasing and why it fits in my philosophy of consumption?
