Reasoning:
Ja'ara is new, and not affiliated with anyone yet unlike my previous character I would like to be more involved with the story.  I don’t really want to fall off or be somewhat behind when another events pops off I’m looking to handle myself well and avoid dying again.

The idea around Ja’ara is to follow his own religion of the Saekanis, calling forth the spirit of the wild and manifesting it into a physical form. The goal is to feed the Saekanis spirit to have it grow in power and provide ‘guidance’ to Ja’ara.

What is the moment:
 Ja’ara first encountered an ancient shrine, upon touching the Shrine he felt a heavy presence attach itself to him. A few moments later Ja’ara could hear something of a faint whisper, the faint voice, offered help exchanged for a host.

The voiced offered to teach, groom, and train Ja’ara if only the beast-man could devour any living creature. This was the only request, and Ja’ara accepted the offer, feeding on living creature such as wildlife et cetera…

Ja’ara learned more about the spirit, and further his goal of pleasing the spirit. It seems they’ve formed an unbreakable bond, and quite immense energy.
