You have taken residence inside a large DOME-SHAPED DOME somewhere in the middle of the ocean, which you use to conduct experiments on your little teddy bears.

And by teddy bears you mean anyone who happens across your SATELLICAL HYPNOTIZICERS, which you've built specifically to fall from orbit and capture any troll who's stupid enough to inspect one closely. Of course, the unlucky troll's mental acuity doesn't matter to you, they all end up the same when you are done with them. They're nothing more than drooling animals once you've opened their skulls and taken a look at their brains. You've taken a liking to most of them, and have started calling them your teddy bears. They're your servants, except that they tend to die horribly in various hilarious ways.

Of course, sometimes you simply capture someone to MONITOR THEIR BIORYTHIMS, which often involves strapping them into a chair and watching them breathe. They usually make it out alive, unfortunately they don't live very long afterwards unless they're VERY GOOD SWIMMERS.

Your LUSUS is a GIANT SEA SNAKE, who is incredibly useless in your pursuits due to his hyperactiveness and tendency to chase his own tail. You don't know why he does it, presumably because he wants to eat it. You don't know. To make matters worse, he won't allow you to leave your DOME, and insists on retrieving your SATELLICAL HYPNOTIZICERS for you, so your only contact to the outside world is through Trollian.

Of course, since you can't just rip someone's torso open with your bare hands without damaging some of the more useful internal organs, you use the SCISSORKIND STRIFE SPECIBUS on their precious little teddy bear torsos in order to examine their internal workings. Your FETCH MODUS is OPERATION, a curious little game you found on one of the unfortunates who starved to death inside one of the SATELLICAL HYPNOTIZICERS. To retrieve an item you must bury it out of an arm or a leg without causing too much damage to the body part.
