Situation 1 - Reported by PopcornFlavoredIceCream (Popcorn#0143)

On this, in the screenshots, it can be seen that the police pulled Benji over and, at one point, threw their baton onto the ground.
There was never any RP in that moment of either of the officers picking it up.
When I asked Perez that night if he would give me his baton (as Benji had picked it up), he ignored me. Same with Avery.
After Rees closes the refund request (which I was told by a moderator to make), I talk to him in-game and he tells me that if Perez confirms that it wasn't picked up that I could have it.

This was his response when I asked him. Unlike me, he provided no proof that it had been picked up by anyone.
If he picked it up after I reminded him of it, it'd be metagaming.
If he picked it up after Benji did, it's powergaming.
Rees made no further attempts, though, offering this very dismissive adieu...(edited)
