  12. You trample my human right to identify with documemt, right to Due process, and right to equal protection by protecting the current has law. Are any Republicans in my favor on this issue? Maybe you can give me an idea on weather or not the caucus a w hole has a position.

  19. I believe the promise made to birth parents at the time of the adoption should be kept. While I understand your position, promises made should be kept.

  30. Representative Scott,
  31. I'm trying to get a good sponsor for a bill to address the human and civil rights concerns regarding confidential birth certificates of adopted people. Can you please help early this session?

  34. P.S. I was adopted in MN but live in Chicago now. I need to change MN law to get my vital record (original birth certficate).

  37. Representative Scott,
  38. I need help addressing a human rights violation in MN law that turns birth records of adopted people into confidential information for a lifetime. Can you help me go to the Revisor office to draft a bill that would restore access to original birth certificates for adopted persons? I was born and adopted in Minnesota as a child but live in Chicago now. I am well versed on the topic and can provide more info as needed. Please advise.
  39. Regards,
  40. Ry
  41.
  42. P.S. If possible to meet, I'm in St. Paul on Monday the 14th.
