Miya personality 2.0

Miya is tough as nails -- and just as fun to get close to. Bold is the perfect word to describe her. Having grown up in an environment where she didn't believe she was even wanted, she is determined to prove herself and stand on her own two feet. Fiercely independent, she believes in her own self-worth, even when her ego steamrolls others.

Her independance goes beyond mere boisterousness -- she's downright rash and boorish compared to her fellows. She leaps into things without thinking, because she's so assured of her own invincibility. Miya is not the type of person who makes plans -- she's the type of person who leads people into the fray with her fists raised high. Sometimes, this tendency gets her beaten up.

Hirasaka taught her the importance of wealth, and Miya is very fond of money. She knows how to get it, too -- through all the most illicit means. Miya is most happy when she has funds to burn, and she'll do a lot of bad things if it will result in her getting paid.

Being self-centred, Miya is most often moved when she can relate to what she's seeing. She's been known to help those who are similiar to herself -- but only so long as it doesn't bring her down. That said, Miya is loyal enough not to cross anyone she works with; it's a point of pride for her that she doesn't betray her associates like everyone betrayed her. Woe unto anyone who betrays /her/, though -- she considers herself too important not to take revenge on those who hurt her.

But underneath everything, Miya is afraid of not being accepted. She counters this fear, this weakness, by holding others at arm's length -- if they're not close to her, they can't hurt her! She acts close to others if it's beneficial to her, but when it comes down to it, she won't reveal her inner secrets for anyone. She'll even lie to keep herself protected.

Miya wants affluence and importance; her number-one dream is to become an idol or some other type of celebrity, someone in the spotlight, someone everyone will love. But she knows that isn't likely, and so she tries to ensure she is useful and important instead -- it's like being loved, after all.
