  1. Saviticus had been skimming through books through the hours and found himself coming to slumber- he catches himself mid-yawn and wakes himself up... He sits at the edge of the bed and looks for something he could use to help him walk on his one leg...He saw nothing... He sighed and let his head flop back amongst the pillow... Wow.
  2. (Saviticus Tsuchi)
  3. The door opens!
  4. Hours of silence from the outside world, and finally one comes to break it-- Albeit, it was not one typically expected by those of the outside world; Within the Tuboxen Co. Headquarters, Hector had free reign, a doctor without limitations such as morality to cloud his judgement. Intellectual endeavors would exceed the lawful boundaries of other countries without regard for even common decency.
  5.
  6. The guards parted form the doorway to allow a certain individual to pass through, but not one of a facade relative to the scenes prior. The interloping personage stood tall with Yokai Maile latched to their abdomen, radiating remnants of Occultic magic, sickening ilk deprived of depravity.
  7.
  8. A long ebony cape draped to the floor, hissing against the marble tile; Though, the most notable detail of the shrouded persona, was their visage; Adorn with a helm: A Plague Helm, complete with a bird beak filter. The mouthpiece sounded off a cacophonous paradigm of hissful breathing, complementing the theme instilled to this isolated room.
  9.
  10. Within two shrunken sockets tainted of midnight black, lied one's azure pupils, true to the persona within.
  11. "Child." He spoke, muffled somewhat by the mask.
  12. "You have been blessed with the opportunity to undergo my medical practice... Do the favor of relaxing, otherwise, complications may arise.."
  13. (Hector Vernon)
  14. The dark wimper into the overwhelming shining of light as the doors open. Saviticus hangs his arms over his eye's as he squints through them to see who could it have been? Approaching was a figure he had never seen before, but a voice that was familiar to him. Yes...it was the identity of the Tuboxen CEO..
  15.
  16. His eye's fade back into a dim as his ear's become his only active sense..
  17.
  18. "Blessed?" Saviticus thought.... It was all confusing but he was in no position to question any longer.. For now he would have to play his part. He did as what was said and sat up in bed, keeping a calmer state.
  19. (Saviticus Tsuchi)
  20. Saviticus Tsuchi: ... Where is this place?
  21. Hector Vernon: This, is the experimentation room...
  22. Hector Vernon: -Your- room.
  23. Hector Vernon: Now, if you may lay across the bed, the atopsy can begin.
  24. Saviticus Tsuchi: <Atopsy?...>
  25. Saviticus Tsuchi: <*Flattened his body across the bed*>
  26. Hector Vernon: Yes, first; Dissection to examine the very anatomy of your body, that way, the human body's mysteries will be far less of a mystery.
  27. Saviticus Tsuchi: Human body mysteries...
  28. Saviticus Tsuchi: But ... I am not of human descent. I am a different kind of humanity. We may look alike but our mysteries are far different.
  29. Saviticus Tsuchi: M-Maybe I'm not the right Test subject you're looking for!
  30. Hector Vernon: As long as you have but the visible and concealed necessities to sustain in this world, you have everything needed to be deemed a test subject.
  31. Saviticus Tsuchi: <Tch..>
  32. Saviticus Tsuchi: <*Is already on the bed*>
  33. The Operator, evidently Hector in Plague Doctor attire encroached upon the rested Tsuchi, taking passage towards the side of the bed. An assistant approached from the open door, wheeling in a mobile table, complete with a stretcher resting upon it, mean't for easier transit from the bed to the operation table. The whine of the creaky door crowed off in the background, shutting behind them and locked from the outside, with a distinct click that sounded off throughout the room. "Now, a proper means of workspace will be in order." He stated, turning over to said assistant.
  34.
  35. He gave a stern nod, with a trailing gaze over to guards stationed by the door. In moments, a trio of personages surrounded Saviticus' rested form, and commenced attempts to pick him up, wrangling him over to a provided stretcher, where he'd be shifted over to the mobile workbench and set for future examination. The three spread out, one for each limb, pressing it down against the wooden surface to successfully strap wrists and ankle via belts.
  36. "Worry not, I intend on keeping you intact... Your Physicality shall go unaltered for the most part, this is merely an internal examination." Hector informed, shifting his gaze over to the leg stump.
  37.
  38. "How does the injury feel at the moment.. Any throbbing? Aching? I'm sure the medics have tended to the bleeding." He queried.
  39. (Hector Vernon)
  40. Saviticus Tsuchi: It's fine...It's practically numb. But I'd love my leg back!
  41. Hector Vernon: As I would like my arm back...
  42. Hector Vernon: Anyways, let the operation begin...
  43. With Saviticus rested upon a wooden workbench, appendages restrained, Hector watched over the boy, gloved hand reached out for his assistant for a tool to commence: A scalpel. "Now, to rid of obstructions.." He lowered the blade, passing it doen the leather, working away at it until the blade sliced through;
  44.
  45. The aim was not to damage the body just yet, simply wishing to examine the bare flesh prior to blinding cutting away at it. He was careful, though still practicing, for this was his very first patient, he had reason to work with caution.
  46. Though, since Saviticus was saved from death row under Pyralis' reign, he hadn't reprecussions should he fail, in the end, the death of this child via an accidental plunge into the abdomen was of no concern to Byson's government.
  47.
  48. "Movement from your part can entail risk of further injury." He warned solemnly, slicing through the last thread of leather, setting brief gaze upon the white shirt beneath prior to repeating the former action.
  49.
  50. "Name.." He stated in question, tearing through the shirt to expose the flesh beneath. "...What is your name?"
  51. (Hector Vernon)
  52. Saviticus Tsuchi: ..
  53. Hector Vernon: No name?
  54. Saviticus Tsuchi: Vetticus , Ravenhart.
  55. Hector Vernon: Ravenhart... Vetticus Ravenhart, hm?
  56. Hector Vernon: <*Didn't understand the context*>
  57. Saviticus Tsuchi: Yes.. do j-just hury on..
  58. Saviticus Tsuchi: But..
  59. Saviticus Tsuchi: Make my test subject name... The Chosen One .
  60. Hector Vernon: Vetticus Ravenhart, label that on the papers. <*Said unto an assistant*>
  61. The name was recorded amongst logs set by a table nearby, an assistant took the deed of enscribing information upon the inspection, from details of the child, general attributes, and so on.
  62.
  63. "The procedure may prove to be... Excruciating." Hector warned, pacing beside the mobile workbench, pushed upon the issued command, gestured via the sway of his wrist. The worktable was rested against a wall, rather clean for the most part, with the exception of the floor-line: An algae ridden streak rested across the floor-board, leaving any maid outright disgusted at the sight, but this had unique purpose in the operation room.
  64.
  65. "Relief will be administered throughout the process to ensure your sustainability." He spoke, resting his hands upon the edge of the wooden table, focusing his mana on the remote source of algae embedded into the wall's surface.
  66. Mana, fed into the spot, lead way to growth, small vines elongated akin to oversized tapeworms, lashing out for a wooden surface. They curled around the leggings of the workbench, securing it in place, and trailing up the legs to curl at the topside corners.
  67.
  68. "Simply allow your mind to go blank for the moment.." The vines, imbued with Hector's mana encroached upon the Tsuchi's outstretched appendages, scratching against the fleshy surface prior to emitting a soft emerald glow. "And breath..." He instructed, reaching for utility at his hip's side. From within a small pouch, a powder: Granulated Soothing Reed, of an exceedingly high potence; The presence of the magi's mana with such forced it to undergo transmutation, transcending the physical state as his risen gloved hand flipped over, pouring the powder over one's face.
  69.
  70. As it descended to assault one's visage, it dissipated into a thick fog, choking at the immediate atmosphere and threatening to branch out for nearby, backpedalling employees, unprepared for the deed enacted by Hector. The gas, a pale verdant hue expanded slowly, growing translucent as it met the four corners of the room.
  71.
  72. The high dosage was easily dangerous, potentially lethal for full fledged human men and women, however, a magi was more than likely to resist its effects, though succumbing to an incomatose stature, as Hector intended for the child.
  73. "Breathe.." He repeated, "...And sleep.."
  74. The thuds of fellow employee bodies within the room, plopping upon the marble floor consecutively assaulted the calm room atmosphere, soon to leave only the masked Operator conscious to continue to the operation intended.
  75.
  76. "And now... The examination shall commence without further quarrels nor queries."
  77.
  78.
  79. (Hector Vernon)
  80. The condition of his former employees was questionable, but not one he pestered himself to wonder upon whilst they idled upon the cold, hard floor.
  81.
  82. The examination was a go!
  83.
  84. The scalpel was pressed against the mid chestal region, slowly bared into the flesh, sinking into the flesh to draw blood and finally glide down nigh effortlessly, bringing slight inclination to the blade to prevent from cutting into the stomach.
  85.
  86. The vines twisted upon the wrists and ankle continued to elongate, continuously pulsating transformed energy spawned from the fusion of plant matter's capability, in efforts to rejuvenate at the patient, keeping them alive in the instance, something went wrong.
  87.
  88. A single incision was made down the abdomen from the chestal region, leaving one the option to drive another streak across the belly, branding a cross upon the upper-belly; The flaps of flesh were bent via Blood Magic, though the control was feeble, motion was granted, allowing for a more delicate means of unveiling the anatomy beneath the skin's surface. Immense strain in carrying out such strenuous endeavors paid off, leaving one without shredded tissue.
  89. (Hector Vernon)
