First gather the items listed below.  Then, you may either:

Leave these items in your personal inventory, personal bank and/or in storage coffers and chests
OR
Neatly stack these items close together in your home and stand next to the stacked items

Next, open Essential Housing Tools' selection window.
Click Copy & Paste.
Click Import & Export.
Paste the data below into the Clipboard Import text box.
Click Import.

And finally, you must either:
Click Paste from Inventory if you gathered the items in your inventory, bank or storage coffers and chests
OR
Click Paste to House Items if you stacked the items in your home
