  1. I want your agencies to be working closely together. So close, in fact, that they should be equally sized and every agent from the NSA should have a partnered agent in the CIA. Here's how it will work:
  2.
  3. 1. The NSA agent is assigned a country or countries to monitor and a partner in the CIA will be doing the same county or countries.
  4.
  5. 2. The NSA agent will write an in-depth monitoring report consisting of connections to NUSA, military activity/readiness levels, overall country/city activity, any Trello, Twitter, documents, or Discord servers relevant to the nation, the nation's type of government and their government's organization (Branches of government, legislative body, military, agencies, etc), and any other information that is deemed relevant to the report on the country for each time period (Time periods vary based on priority of country) and send the downloadable file of their report to the DIRNSA and to their CIA counterpart as well as upload the file to Intelink classified as S//MAR.
  6. --Agents will be assigned countries based on their priority. If an agent is assigned to a high priority country, they will be exempt from monitoring any other countries but are expected to compile daily reports on that country (Except when they request leave for inactivity). If an agent is assigned to a medium priority country, they should be assigned to at minimum two other countries to monitor and are required to submit weekly reports on the country. If an agent is assigned to a low priority country, they should be assigned to a minimum of ten other low priority countries and will be required to submit a report each month on each country.
  7.
  8. 3. The CIA partner will read the report and write their own analysis report which will include the nation's overall threat level based on activity, military readiness, threats against NUSA, and foreign influence. The CIA agent will then send his report to the DIRCIA and upload the document to Intelink classified as S//MAR.
  9.
  10. 4. The APNSA will then review all analysis reports and brief the President on any information that he deems is important for the President to read. The information should be compiled in the President's Daily Brief along with any foreign developments, threats against NUSA, or changes within the Intelligence Community.
