The company’s services include a self-service platform for ‘Big Data’ analytics and machine learning in the cloud. The platform is built on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) clouds, and it allows data scientists to “spin up hundreds of clusters on their public cloud of choice and begin creating ad hoc and/or batch queries in under five minutes”. The expanded partnership with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is intended to help “improve the data analytics experience”.

The self-service data platform leverages Apache Spark and Hadoop to facilitate collaborative processing of Big Data workloads on GCP. The low cost and reliable service provides autonomous and policy-based management to offer “automatic upscaling, rebalancing, and aggressive downscaling of clusters” based on the workload it is dealing with, and each job’s priority. The solution also offers enterprise-grade security and ongoing support for Open Source engines. It also provides simple access to data sources like ‘Connectors for Google Cloud Storage’, ‘Google BigQuery’, ‘Oracle’, ‘MySQL’, amd ‘Postgres’.
