  19. All Fighters:
  20. - Fighters who had less than 12 colors now do, courtesy of 087-B and Kouhai.
  21. - All fighters have their launcher hit velocity and hitpause adjusted
  22. - Made other unexplained fixes on the roster.
  23. - Removed the dizzy star fx, as not every fighter has a dazed animation, and it's
  24. no longer necessary to have them.
  25. - The AI for all fighters can now cancel from A. MP to special/hyper if possible.
  26. - They have a universal 2 tick Jump Start and 3 tick Land animation
  27. - They can dash using 2 punch buttons as well
  28. - Most fighters can cancel from their dash to crouch
  29. - Due to an adjusted air combo game, all fighters can do "Short Hop Air Combos".
  30. These are air combos done without the need of a super jump.
  31. - All fighters hitsound now detects a fighter that is considered metallic such as
  32. Dragoon or Sentinel so hitsounds depends whether they're hitting them or not.

  34. Akito:
  35. - Opponents hit by his throw no longer bounce off the ground when they land
  36. - Nerf: Thunder Kick can now be guarded in air
  37. - Buff: Trinity Geyser's normal and chip damage increased
  38.  
  39. Akuma/Gouki:
  40. - Buff: Aerial Tatsumaki Zankuu Kyaku hits more than once
  41. Buff: It can also be cancelled to Tenma Gou Zankuu
  42.  
  43. Amingo:
  44. - Buff: Reduced horizontal hit velocity on Cactus Drill
  45. - Reduced hitpausetime for opponent on Cactus Drill
  46. - Fix: Fixed an issue where the fighter could remain on their feet, if KO'd by his grab.
  47. - Buff: Increased vertical hit velocity on his C. HK, making it easier to land Sun's Blessing.

  49. Anakaris:
  50. - Fix: Added a non-attacking helper for the coffin move that'll take the damage, preventing the coffin from
  51. from inflicting damage more than once.
  52. - Buff: Slightly narrowed Hurtbox on his idle and walk forward animations.
  53. - Buff: Lowered ground velocity from the first hit of his C. MP, making it easier to
  54. land other hits.
  55. - Fix: The target hit by his curse move is no longer controllable
  56. - Buff: Added ticks of invulnerability to his hypers so he won't be interrupted soon
  57. as he starts.
  58. - Buff: His Throw Assist has better range and has him immediately slam his opponent soon as the move
  59. makes contact.
  60. - Buff: He can cancel from his heavy normals to his launcher, improving his combo potential.
  61.  
  62. Ash:
  63. - Thermidor's hit/guard sounds no longer overlap one another.
  64. - Altered his Assist Finish Taunt clip.
  65. - Buff: Genee's projectile appears 40 pixels lower, making it easier to hit opponents.
  66. - Nerf: Ventose can be guarded in the air now.
  67. - Nerf: Nivose's following kicks can be guarded in the air now.
  68. - Nerf: Pluviose can be guarded in the air now.
  69. - Fix: Pluviose's hitdefs are now corrected to be the proper attribute.
  70.  
  71. Batsu:
  72. - He's been fully reconverted courtesy of 087-B using materials from Beximus, R@CE AKIR@ and
  73. Raging Rowen along with a CS by IsRageNeko
  74. - Buff: He's received an entirely new moveset, incredibly buffing his playstyle as
  75. he's gained a handful of new specials and hypers. New moves are listed in his updated
  76. movelist file.
  77.  
  78. Blackbeard/Kurohige:
  79. - Nerf: Slightly lowered Attack stat
  80. - Buff: Increased damage on his normals to match the playable cast
  81. - Buff: Dark Tarp now steals a little of the opponent's powerbar upon impact.
  82. - Fix: Black Hole's X-Over version no longer has overlapping hitsounds.
  83. - Black Hole's projectile spawn rates were changed.
  84.  
  85. Black Panther:
  86. - Nerf: Narrowed hitbox on his grab
  87. - Fix: Fixed an issue where the player prior to 4.0.0 was unable to guard push.
  88. - Added cornerpush for his ground attacks
  89. - Dagger Throw has more end lag
  90. - Panther Slash has more end lag
  91. - Buff: Panther Jackknife's vertical hitbox was widened, making the move easier to hit.
  92. - Spear Combo's pausetime was shortened, quickening the attack's speed.
  93. - Panther Jackknife now has the aerial rave finisher effect.
  94.  
  95. Black Widow:
  96. - Air Widow's Bite now has the aerial rave finisher effect.
  97.  
  98. Blaziken/Bursyamo:
  99. - Added a shiny palette, replacing one of his existing colors.

  101. Cammy:
  102. - Ground Cannon Drill has more land lag.
  103.  
  104. Charizard:
  105. - Buff: Reduced ticks in some of his normals' startup frames, making him land his hits sooner.
  106. - Nerf: Added hurtbox around his hitboxes in some attacks, allowing certain attacks to collide and hurt him.
  107. - Certain moves no longer have their hitsounds overlap one another.
  108. - Added a shiny palette, replacing one of his existing colors.
  109.  
  110. DarkWolf:
  111. - Buff: Widened the hitbox on Assault & Wolf Duo animations.
  112. - He has a new Japanese KO clip, replacing his old one. He speaks in defeat rather than yell.

  114. Demitri:
  115. - Added more end lag for his S. HP
  116.  
  117. Devilotte:
  118. - Buff: She was reconverted and has been significantly improved in gameplay.
  119. Buff: She's gained a couple of new moves plus a Lv 3 hyper move she didn't had before.
  120.  
  121. Dormammu:
  122. - Buff: Increased walk speed
  123. - Nerf: Flame Carpet now disappears after connecting 3 times.
  124. Buff: However, it deals more damage to compensate
  125. - Fix: Changed Power of Destruction/Creation and Liberation commands.

  127. - Reduced Dark Hole's vertical hit velocity
  128. - Dark Matter's wall hit velocity was reduced for the target.
  129. - Reduced Purification's vertical hit velocity.
  130. - Normals hitting the opponent in the corner pushes Dormammu back
  131. - Fix & Buff: Dashes better and can now cancel into his normals.
  132.  
  133. Falco:
  134. - Reduced vertical hit velocity for his ground Falco Phantasm
  135. - Hurt clips were adjusted
  136. - Buff: Enlarged hitboxes for his knifehand strikes, allowing him to hit those too close.
  137.  
  138. Fou-Lu:
  139. - Buff: Moves a little forward during his launcher, making it easier
  140. to land.
  141. - Changed the hitpause for his White Out
  142. Buff: As a result, the move deals more damage, severely damaging big fighters.
  143.  
  144. Fox:
  145. - Reduced vertical hit velocity for his ground Fox Illusion
  146. - Reduced vertical hit velocity for his forward Fox Fire.
  147. - Buff: Preparation hit of his upward Fox Fire now sends the opponent
  148. above Fox, guaranteeing the following hits of his attack to land when
  149. he goes up.
  150. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 92
  151. - Buff: Increased move speed
  152. - Nerf: Decreased Attack to 95
  153. - Hurt Clips were adjusted
  154.  
  155. Gardevoir/Sirnight:
  156. - Buff: Increased move speed in the air.
  157. - Buff: Increased intangibility during Wish.
  158. - Fix: Players can now use Psychic from a distance.
  159. - Fix: Adjusted Psychic and Future Sight so both attacks can use their 3 variants.
  160. - Buff: Energy Ball can now be used midair, firing at a diagonal direction.
  161. - Added more endlag to her ground attacks
  162. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 90
  163. - Added a shiny palette, replacing one of her existing colors.
  164.  
  165. Gambit:
  166. - Buff: Moves a little forward during his launcher, making it easier
  167. to land.

  169. Greninja/Gekkouga:
  170. - Buff: Enlarged hitbox for his single hit version of Aerial Ace.
  171. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 90
  172. - Nerf: Decreased Attack to 95
  173. - Added a shiny palette, replacing one of his existing colors.

  175. Guy:
  176. - Buff: Made it easier to hit airborne opponents with Bushin Gourai Kyaku.
  177. - Nerf: Narrowed hitbox on Bushin Musou Renge.
  178. Buff: However, it can now be comboed into.
  179. - Buff: Reduced hit velocity in some specials, making it significantly easier
  180. to cancel to a hyper combo and hit.
  181. - Nerf: Decreased Attack to 92
  182. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 93
  183. - Nerf: Bushin Gourai Kyaku can now be blocked in the air
  184. - Bushin Gourai Kyaku connects significantly better against airborne opponents.
  185. - Fix: Fixed an issue where Forward Flip to Bushin Izuna Otoshi (Throw followup) causes
  186. the opponent to be binded wrong.
  187.  
  188. J. Talbain/Gallon
  189. - He has a new animation that's used in his Tag-In and Tag Taunt states. It is also
  190. a new win animation.
  191. - Buff: Two Minutes to Midnight can now fully hit an air borne opponent.
  192. - Buff: Moment Slice has more vertical hit velocity, making it easier to continously hit opponents
  193. with the bottom portions of the effects.
  194.  
  195. Jin
  196. - Buff: He's been fully reconverted by me with assistance by 087-B, using the version done by
  197. REDHOT & hsiethm. He has a more polished gameplay and simplified commands. His combo game has
  198. been significantly buffed, making him easier to use. Check his updated moveset file.
  199. - Buff: Saotome Shine now gives him Super Armor, allowing him to withstand a single hit without
  200. flinching at times.
  201.  
  202. Jubilee:
  203. - Reduced vertical hit velocity on Star Trail.
  204. - Added a Lv 3 Hyper move called Firework Eruption.
  205. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 95
  206.  
  207. Lilith:
  208. - Fix: Fixed an issue where aerial Merry Turn to finish an air combo
  209. resulted in her freezing midair if she doesn't go offscreen.
  210. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 95
  211.  
  212. Lucario:
  213. - Buff: Sped up all normals to a simple and fair amount.
  214. - Buff: Increased some hit boxes on air normals to make combos connect better.
  215. - Removed unneeded CLSNs on normals.
  216. - Buff: He runs faster. His forward dash goes faster but ends quicker.
  217. - Buff: Adjusted his launcher pausetimes so that it comes out faster but still leaves an impact.
  218. - Most of his normals has more endlag to prevent infinites.
  219.  
  220. M. Bison/Vega
  221. - His specials and supers have their commands simplified, making him easier to use
  222. by players.
  223.  
  224. Madoka:
  225. - Decreased hitpausetime for the opponent when hit by her arrow specials
  226. - Buff: She moves a little forward for Lunatic Shaft, making it easier to land the hit.
  227. - Lunatic Shaft's arrow followup sends opponents behind her and fall faster, hopefully preventing
  228. an infinite with the move.
  229. - Changed Ascension's custom hitstate. Doesn't affect the move's use.
  230. - Increased endlag for her arrow special.
  231. - Magical Squall and God's Message now function as how the player would use them for the AI.
  232. - Nerf: Decreased Attack to 96
  233. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 94
  234. - Removed BG from Ascension as it's no longer needed, significantly reducing her
  235. .sff size so she loads slightly quicker now.
  236. - Hurt clips were adjusted.
  237. - Fix: Magical Squall's arrows now attack the nearest opponent, no longer causing an issue where
  238. they'll only attack the last opponent she struck in Simul.
  239.  
  240. Magma/Magmard Dragoon:
  241. - Buff: Magma Stomp is now a launcher.
  242.  
  243. Mai
  244. - Buff: Flying Squirrel Furiante starts significantly faster.
  245. Buff: The move also brings Mai a little higher on startup, making the move much easier to land
  246. when comboing.
  247. - Buff: Crimson Firebird Dive now has Mai going a little higher on startup, making the move
  248. significantly easier to land.
  249.  
  250. Mario Mario:
  251. - Removed Envshake from most of his attacks
  252. - Buff: Increased hitbox on the Bob-omb explosions
  253. - Buff: Tool Time can now be used midair
  254. - Buff: Fireball Gun can now be used midair
  255. - Adjust voice channels so now his voiceclips cancel out when he gets hit.
  256. - Fireball and Bob-omb's explosions have their effects changed.
  257.  
  258. Marisa:
  259. - Added voice clips for tag-in/tag-out stances.
  260. - Master and Final Spark's hitsounds were changed to the laser hit sound.
  261. They also use the laser hit spark as well.
  262. - Increased yaccel on some moves.
  263.  
  264. Rose:
  265. - Buff: Removed the push helper on her Aerial Soul Spark, allowing her to successfully end
  266. an air combo with a Soul Spark.
  267. - Illusionary Soul Zap was improved in terms of position.
  268.  
  269. Shingo:
  270. - Removed envshake from all his specials and hypers.
  271. - Opponents no longer bounce when hitting the ground from his moves.
  272. - Revamped his sprites, courtesy of 087-B.
  273. - Fix: Kicking moves now use their proper hitsound
  274. - Buff: S. HP is an overhead
  275. - Buff: Kake Hourin can now hit downed opponents.
  276. - Buff: Increased Kake Hourin's chip damage
  277. - Buff: Mu Shiki & Burning Shingo connects better against airborne opponents, snapping them to front of
  278. Shingo. X-Over variants of these aren't affected however.
  279. - Buff: Anti-Air assist knocks opponents furthers away, similar to a Shoryuken's impact from Ryu.
  280. - Nerf: C. MP is slower
  281. - Nerf: C. MK is slower
  282. - Nerf: All special moves have their chip damage reduced
  283.  
  284. Silver:
  285. - Changed hitsounds from his kicks during Silver Rush to the proper clip
  286. - Removed Envshake from his hitdefs
  287. - Reduced Envshake during Meteor Smash
  288. - Nerf: Guarding his Silver Rush's initial starting hit ends his move.
  289. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 91
  290. - Voice clips cancel out when he gets hit, this is to match with the rest of the
  291. playable cast.
  292. - Fix: Set air.cornerpush.veloff to 0 during an air combo to prevent ruining the combo in a
  293. corner.
  294.  
  295. Undyne:
  296. - Fix: Added NoFG as a flag during her Lv 3 so foreground objects won't
  297. try to obscure the vision of the move.
  298. - Buff: Widened the hitbox on her Spear of Justice, making it easier to land.
  299.  
  300. WereGarurumon:
  301. - Added a new Lv 1 Hyper move called Howling Frostburn. This becomes his new Anti-Air
  302. X-Over Attack.
  303. - Buff: Increased Attack to 103
  304. - Buff: The player can cancel from his specials to his X-Over due to adding Howling Frostburn.
  305. - Buff: All his ground normals have decreased horizontal hit velocity, greatly improving his
  306. combo potential
  307. - The AI is slightly more aggressive.
  308.  
  309. Wolvenom:
  310. - Changed his Tag Out and Taunt animations and Tag Out clip.
  311. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 90
  312. - Nerf: Slightly decreased Attack
  313. - The AI is slightly more aggressive.
  314. - Added a new win animation.
  315.  
  316. Wolverine:
  317. - Changed his Taunt animation.
  318. - Nerf: Decreased Defense to 90
  319. - Nerf: Slightly decreased Attack
  320. - Removed blood sparks from Claw Frenzy as not every fighter has blood
  321. - Added Drill Claw as a new move. This move can be done midair too.
