  6. Large, arched windows are propped open, allowing a gentle breeze that carries the scent of blooms from outside. A checkerboard pattern of azure, and silvery white tesserae decorates the floor, buffed to a mirror-like shine that gleams under a large crystal chandelier. Old, discarded items are cleverly repurposed and refreshed with thick coats of vibrantly hued paints. Wooden tuns with round glass tops artfully display trinkets and baubles for sale. Dulled swords are welded together to form columns of shelves lining one wall, held up by sturdy halberds and poleaxes. Dress mannequins stand at intervals along another wall, holding assortments of jewellery, brooches, belts, and scarves. A broad, glass display case holds the more valuable items.

  13. Richly colored fabrics gather to a point in the ceiling, and spread out to each wall where they drape down in wide swathes of crimson, wine, and scarlet, accented by slender ribbons of gold. Garlands of ivory roses stretch from one corner of the room to the other, their luscious scent permeating the room. A chandelier of hammered gold filigree illuminates the surroundings in a soft, amber glow. Ornate rugs of autumnal hues cover the floor, with cushions and low, wide tables arranged around the perimeter for guests to find repose. A service counter stands unobtrusively along the back wall, behind which are dozens of wooden tuns lined up along the shelves.

  19. A mosaic of glass and stone tesserae covers the ceiling, its design a simple but elegant image of a glossy sable background . To the west is a service counter with rows of carefully labeled spigots, each one connected to a clear glass tube that runs through the wall and into a storage area. Large panels of glass allow a view of the tuns housing the venoms, safely kept away from the general public. Several posters and signs adorn the walls, full of warnings and information about venoms and their cures. Pressed against a corner is a desk with boxes and jars containing minerals, herbs, and various ointments. Next to it is a table with a ceramic basin, and a large pitcher of water. A sign above it is labeled "Emergency station".
