		Background
	A syndicate of 5 vampire bloodlines has managed a cease-fire among themselves for decades. It's been profitable. In recent years, they've been courting the Summer Court, and it's just paid off: syndicate vampires can take a fey oath(of allegiance to the Summer Queen) to join the nascent House Sluagh.
	This mirrors the alliance of garou with the Winter Court(except they don't use houses), led by wolf garou. The thing is, wolves naturally want to belong to something bigger, but vampires are naturally solitary predators. Solitary garou can just go along for the ride, but some vampires have to make it happen.

	The only known half-daemon. In fact, there are good reasons why half-daemons are impossible, and yet she is one.
