- 3/4 cup no-salt added tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 5 tbsp monkfruit
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 1 whole cinnamon stick
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Add all ingredients to a pot and mix well. On low heat, bring to a simmer, place lid on the pot, and cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the lid and let cook for another 15 minutes open.
- Stir, stir, stir, and then whip some air into it to give it body.
- Ketchup will thicken after it cools.
- Will keep 3 weeks in an airtight container in the fridge.
