  1. 3/4 cup no-salt added tomato paste
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 5 tbsp monkfruit
  4. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 3/4 tsp paprika
  8. 1 whole cinnamon stick
  9. 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  10. 1/4 tsp mustard powder
  11. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  12. 1 tsp salt

  14. Add all ingredients to a pot and mix well. On low heat, bring to a simmer, place lid on the pot, and cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

  16. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and let cook for another 15 minutes open.

  18. Stir, stir, stir, and then whip some air into it to give it body.
  19.  
  20. Ketchup will thicken after it cools.
  21.  
  22. Will keep 3 weeks in an airtight container in the fridge.
