Roblox Mad City Chapter 2 welcomes players to a large city where they can choose to play as super villains or heroes, and fight for their own side amongst the chaos. Mad City Chapter 2 codes (April 2023)
There are usually plenty of codes for Mad City Chapter 2 currently, which allow players to get various rewards from currency to skins for weapons, vehicles, and more. The codes are:

  There are currently no active Mad City Chapter 2 codes, but we'll keep on checking and let you know when there are any. The previous active codes from Chapter 1 have all expired below.

Some more news on new codes though, we have checked in the official discord, whereby it's been confirmed more codes will be coming in the future, but we've also seen this recent tweet that should hopefully bring some new codes with the new content update when released.
We'll keep checking and report back once we know of any new codes being added to the game.

Mad City Chapter 2 codes - How to redeem
It's super easy to get the codes working in Mad City Chapter 2. Start by loading up the game, and once you are playing, open your phone up by clicking on it.
There will be a Twitter icon you click which is labelled 'Codes.' Once you select the Codes icon, you can input one of the active codes and press the 'send' button at the end of the text bar. This will reward you instantly, and you can start using your reward.

Chapter 2 is the current Chapter of the game, replacing Chapter 1 on July 23rd, 2022 at 1PM EST.

Changes in Chapter 2
Chapter 2 is a major update which revamped most of the games features. Below is a list of all of the changes.

  Revamped Phone and game UI [1]
  Revamped city [2] and map expansion.
  The Prison has been revamped. [3][4]
  Military Base has returned and is revamped in Chapter 2. [5]

  The Bank[6] and Casino[7] , in which their exterior are likely a combination of the first and the second revamp.
  The Nightclub, in which the colors of glowing tiles and lighting are randomly changed with music playing. [8]
  The Jewelry Store has been revamped for the third time. [9]
  The Airport has been revamped for the fourth time. [10]
  A bridge now rises when Cargo Ship is coming. [11]
  The Cargo Plane has been revamped for the second time. The plane now crash-lands in the water and players have to dive down to search duffle bags for money. [12]
  The Pyramid has been revamped for the first time. [12]

  Older vehicles, such as Smart, Inferno, Vapid, GTI, Stingray, Infinity, Patriot, Widowmaker, Adversary, T150, Dominator, and the Overdrive have retired and are now off-sale. [14] Players who already bought these vehicles still have them, while some vehicles have been removed for good. [15][16]
  All vehicle customization from Chapter 1, including those redeemed from Twitter codes, as well as YouTuber skins, have retired and become unobtainable. They have been replaced with newer ones.
  Player have already bought, redeemed, and/or unlocked still keep them. [16]
  Boosts now have colors that can be bought. [17]
  Vehicles have had a price hike in Chapter 2, as the prices have been balanced and changed. All players that already bought vehicles that are more expensive than the new price have been compensated (i.e. buying a $1,000,000 vehicle will be compensated 50% of the price ($500,000 )). Vehicles that experienced a price increase include: Cobra, Buzzard, O66-Terminator, Hyper Glider, and Scout. [16]
  New vehicle physics, such as frictionless realistic drifting.
  Bikes now respond when turning and can wheelie.
  Boats now bounce on the waves and can slide on land.
  Jets and Planes go slower while going up and faster while gliding down, and allow players to perform tricks.
  Land vehicles no longer flip as easily. [18]
  Vehicles now have health. [16]

  After the recent changes on audio in Roblox on March 22nd, 2022, [21] causing the Vehicle Radio game pass to go off-sale on the same date until further notice. [22]FamedChris stated he is working on custom radio stations with different "vibes" in-game, similar to Grand Theft Auto. [23]
  Radio is now free for everyone with a preset list of music, while owners who previously had the Vehicle Radio game pass might have various in-game compensations (either + 45,000 XP , or $125,000 in-game cash) [24] . [25]

  The downing system has been removed, as part of players' feedback on FamedChris' Twitter poll. [27]
  Killing criminals without arresting them will no longer send them to Prison.

Trivia

  The Chapter 2 update is a recoded/reworked version of the game, which means the game was created from scratch and is the reason why it took almost two years to develop. Chapter 1 had also taken around two years to develop as it was created in 2017 but released in 2019.
