>So you finally get to meet the big cheese of Equestria

>Her mane was moving by itself, so does her tail. Also she has a cutie mark that looks like a portrait of the sun
>You see Twilight bowing down and you follow her lead
>"Aah, my dear student Twilight Sparkle. I see you've come with ... Anonymous, right?"

>"Of course, princess."
>You give her a concerned look
>"Don't worry." She whispers. "The princess is very kind, generous AND wise. Everything will be allright."

Really? Then you can bring me back?

My investigation on this event revealed that our worlds somehow are connected and in centurys there might be the possibility that a human may slip into our world. Although strangely none of the p0nies or any other creature transcended into your world, which makes me come to th conclusions that your world is more crowded than ours."
>She started to explain the complex mechanisms behind this procedure, but all you could understand was 'yada yada'
>You thank her for her explanation and already intend to go and get Twilight as you return to the princess
>"Is something wrong, Anonymous?"
>All the talk made you forget what issues you wanted to solve in first place
>Many things flash through your mind
>Fluttershy's obsession with you
>Being helpless, irrelevant if it is magic or just predators
>Acquiring your own house so you could live independent
>You decide to tell her about Trixie first
Yeah, I thought of all the happenings yesterday. There was a unicorn who enslaved us all. If it wasn't for Twilight we would still serve her!

I wanted to help, too, but I couldn't. I felt so weak ... still I don't want to depend on others and I don't want to be a burden. Unicorns are able to perform magic, pegasi can fly and earth p0nies are strong and persistent. Do you have an idea how I could give them a hand?

>After some time she returns with an old cape

>On its back was an elaboratly stitched wing-shaped pattern coloured in a lighter blue, the same colour as Rarity's cutie mark
>The cape flies at you and you catch it
>"Take this cape, Anonymous. There is no possibility I could teach you how to conjure and there is no spell that would allow you to fly permanently. But this special cape guards you from magic. With it you can defend you friends with you own strength without having to fear someone blocking you with magic. But mind, the cape is only as powerful as your will to protect somep0ny. The brighter the colour of the wings are, the better is the protection it provides to you."
Wow, thank you, your highness, but why do you give me such a powerful relict?
>"I feel dark times coming upon us. It may become necessary to you to save your friends and I am giving you the opportunity to do so."

>"I have said more than enough. Do you have any other requests?"
>You pack the cape into your bag
Umm talking about independence, I would like to ask you to give me a place to live. I know it's rather selfish, but as I said, I don't want to be a burden to anyp0ny.

>You go and get Twilight who is still waiting for you

I had a long conversation with the princess, as you know already.
>You travel back by train and on your way home you tell Twilight everything you talked about with Princess Celestia
>Eventually you raise the matter with Fluttershy ...
Can you tell me why Fluttershy keeps doing these things?!
>"You see, relationships in Equestria may be different than the ones you are used to. Unfortunately Fluttershy has fallen in love with you. And, preconceiving that the two of you share the same bed, there is no other way than thinking of you as a couple. Anyways this problem should be solved, now that you have your own home."
>You sigh with relief
So she fell in love with me and basically sharing the same bed means being together? Well that's not that different from my world.
>Both of you laugh
>The rest of ride you were in a brighter mood, feeling relieved and joking around with Twilight
>Arriving at home you see your friends already awaiting you
>They got a letter from the princess and already furnished your new home
>Lots of your new furniture was unused furniture from Sweet Apple Acres given to you by Applejack
>You hug her

>You go upstairs and find your belongings brought to your house
>You make a mental note to thank Fluttershy, too
>Grabbing a cigarette, you have a smoke on your balcony, then you undress yourself and go to bed
>The cover was also made by Rarity depending on its look
>It was a long day as allways and you are glad to sleep in your own bed
>Slowly, you drift off to sleep

>Again, you are haunted by nightmares
>This time your protecting cape was taken away from you and you were exposed to magic and other threats
>You see one after another of your friends perish, unable to help them
>You feel more useless than ever
>The cold and evil eyes appear again in your dream and you hear a never-ending knocking
>Soaked in sweat, you wake up
>It's already day
>And someone is knocking on your door
>You groan, get up, dress yourself and go down to open the door
