speed he declares, which is 強速 on a scale of 最微速、微速、半速、原速、強速、一戦速、二戦速、三戦速、最大戦速. A Google search indicates it's perhaps somewhere around 11 to

15 knots.

Fubuki: her counterattack after! She sank the flagship with a cut-in!
